Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally booked a day late and they managed to get me the last available room so i could stay for 2 nights. Would recommend to anyone.

First time at Holiday Inn Express. Very close to NAIA. Few minutes walk from runway manila bridge. Slight struggle if you have a medium size luggage. Room is clean. All the basic things are available. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Coffee is not rich. Some pastries went of of stock. Slow refill. Too many people on the day of check-in because of an event. Will definitely stay again soon.

I like my stay here because its close to terminal 3 and the beddings are clean. Comfortable stay.

Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Great location especially if you're having a flight via terminal 3. Hotel staff are very courteous and approachable. Thanks to the beautiful receptionist for assigning me into a room with a nice airport view! ❣️ I had a good rest after my long flight. And their buffet breakfast is also good! They serve no pork for breakfast.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for one night. Room was clean and smelt good along with the bathroom. Ac was also cold. My only two complaintd was that the hot water in the shower was only just enough and wasn't consistent. My second complaint was that on the way from the elevator to the room at the end of the hallway it smelt like mold, then cooked food then smelt like paint and another time mostly paint. We stayed on the ninth floor and a guy came out the room next to us who had painting because he had a cart with paint. My wife is pregnant and we have a three year old son so I worried about that. Those are my only issues otherwise linen and bed comfy, locks on the window good, good tv signal, and tv clarity. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Thought it was a waste. Tables were opened but not cleaned right away and also a waited broke glass on the floor. Another waiter was snappy when I asked a question didn't let me finish.

Super bait ng Front desk,the room is clean,and housekeeping are very accomodating,staff are very polite,super near to House Manila disco club i had celebrate my birthday there we had so much fun😍

We have to book another hotel since the first one we had is unresponsive and no attended from us. Thank you trip.com for assisting us. We made a booking for Holiday Inn. Location is accessible, safe and clean. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the amenities and free breakfast in the morning. Good thing they have a designated smoking area.

The room is spacious and conducive for an overnight stay but my stay was extended on the same room because of the bad weather.
