We went for the pyromusical. This room type has ome of the best view for the fireworks✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 staff are very helpful and friendly

With regards to cleanliness, it was because the floors looked dirty due to scratches or maybe grout which I understood is inevitable. I love that they have a Text Concierge Team ensuring our stay with them was perfect. This is a nice strategy especially for people who doesn’t like talking on the phone because they’re literally a text away. I’m coming back for sure! Thank you for the warm welcome 🫶🏻

This hotel is phenomenal! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Staff greet you at every step and guide you to reception. The Lobby smells divine and check in was a breeze. Then we were guided to our room, which was beautiful. Huge bathroom, with lovely products. Comfortable bed, enormous windows that for us overlooked the bay. The executive lounge is well worth the extra money. It includes breakfast area (which is nice, but not as huge as the buffet breakfast), afternoon tea and cocktails and canape in the afternoon. The pool and gym area were sensational as well. Direct access to the Mall of Asia, which was great for us shoppers. The buffet breakfast was the biggest and best selection I have ever seen. This hotel would have to be my favourite I have ever visited. Could not recommend more highly, worth every dollar and I will definitely always be staying here shen visiting Manila.

The staff were generally warm, friendly, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. However, we did have some concerns with housekeeping. The room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom sink was not properly wiped down, and the mini table in the living area still had chocolate stains even after housekeeping. The bedsheets were also not changed despite the proper indications being in place. The bath essentials were almost empty when we first used them, and although we left a note requesting refills, it would have been better if this had been checked proactively. The amenity kits also felt a bit lacking. On a positive note, our experience at Conrad Spa Manila was the highlight of our stay. It was truly worth the splurge and the best thing we did during our visit. We hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Manila Bay. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety, and the dinner buffet is quite extensive. It's a bit on the expensive side, though.

Always love staying at Conrad. Lounge access was a nice addition to our stay. But hope they extend cocktails at least until 9 pm. Nevertheless, our stay is as always exceptional with super great staff.

Service is topnotch. They even do personal text messages where they are readily available for any of your inquiries and requests. Asked for a bucket of ice to our room. Requested for a little extension to our check-out time and was approved. Had an express check-out and didn't need to queue at the reception. Just had a small complain at the complimentary breakfast at The Brasserie. I asked for a hot coffee but it didn't come. But nonetheless, everything else is superb. Breakfast spread is wide and delicious. Staff are all smiles, friendly, & very accomodating.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities and service were both very professional, and everything was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The overall environment, including the facilities and surrounding views, was absolutely beautiful and very well designed. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had — every cuisine was prepared excellently, with great variety and quality across all dishes. The only area for improvement would be the pillows. For my personal preference, they were a bit too low, so it would be great if the hotel could offer higher or firmer pillow options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back again!

If you come for an event at Mall of Asia. This is definiitely place to stay. Every staff are really helpful with great hospitality. Room is superb! definitely come back!

The layout of the hotel is not fitting for a “luxury” hotel like they claim. Their service is only surface level friendly but not helpful at all. Those who have stayed in plenty of hotels would understand that what we need is the hotel staff actually being helpful. I purchased breakfast during check in, I mentioned it many times that it’s for my father who needs to leave early in the morning, the next day we found out the front desk did not register this purchase and my dad told me the staff were super unhelpful and even rude. The check in line was so long yet they couldn’t even do their task right. Another unpleasant surprise is that big hotels usually deliver the items door front, isn’t this part of the service? But Conrad won’t even allow the item to reach their lobby (third floor), let alone deliver it to your room. Lastly, their furniture are so old, like the TV we couldn’t even watch or even close it. Their shower and toilet door keeps smacking onto the glass door Bec of poor structure. All these makes it an unpleasant stay. My first time leaving a bad review ever.
