In general the hotel is good enough for a short stay. The room is clean and staffs are nice. Breakfast is not too many options. Walking distance to the city center and close to the train station.

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.

Only 1 day but meaningfullll

A great hotel, even less than 5 mins walk from train station. Good furniture and fluffy bed, clean and quiet. The only thing that makes me disappointed is the sauna is closed from June to August. The staff here is supportive and friendly.

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff. We had to xheck out very early to catch a bus before breakfast was served so they packed for us a breakfast box to take with us.

It's great, parking is very convenient, and the front desk is very nice, and it's very convenient to walk around. The breakfast at the hotel is also impressive. I left early on the last day, and the hotel was very considerate in providing breakfast.

It is a relatively new hotel in Parma. It has clean facilities and is very cost-effective. It is only a five- or six-minute walk from the train station. It is the most convenient place to stay when you are on a business trip.

Every time I go to Parma I stop in this hotel because it is very close to the central station and a stone's throw from the centre. The breakfast is rich and varied and if you don't feel like looking for a restaurant to have dinner there is a restaurant inside the hotel. The structure is new and the rooms are excellent!

Located close to the historic center and very close to the Parma train station, a very beautiful hotel in terms of design and a lot of attention to the recycling of materials. Wooden room card, in-room waste bin and sustainable materials. It offers paid private parking and a swimming pool with terrace.

The hotel has a parking garage, and the staff guided us to it. The hotel is in a very good location, with many coffee shops, pastry shops, and fruit shops next to it. You can see the famous attractions in the city center while strolling. It is highly recommended to visit the museum, which also houses the world's first modern theater.

I have lived in this hotel for ten years. I stay here every time I come to Parma. It is very convenient to go to the exhibition and even closer to the train station. The breakfast shop next to it is delicious. The boss is Chinese. The Chinese and Western dishes are very good. There are even pancakes. It's amazing.
