I really recommend if you want to spend time with friends. The view is very beautiful. Fast reply is also when asking questions. The price is okay for 8 people ✨ It's just that the toilet can't be locked. Then the mirror is not tinted. So if you open the curtains, you can see the outside inside 😆 Maybe you can use the tinted outside, you can't see it inside hehe 💖 just the aura is awake 💖

The location is great. Would be better if they had: 1) Provided toilet paper, 2) Air freshener for the toilet, 3) clearer instructions to get to the place.

Booked to get good seaside view to have a peaceful staycation. Worst: bed. Can feel the spring when lie down. Squeaky when turning..Pillow is thin. So didnt sleep well. Bad: aircon noisy. Broken chair so cant sit and enjoy sunset at balcony. Basin a bit choked and water flowing out slowly. Good: clean and spacious. Nice towers. Secured.. Need card to go up. Saw security petrol. Friendly guard who open door for you. Like: vibrant activities at beach. Duty free

+ comfortable room and toilet + super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget + got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient + 15min away from Legoland - shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe - iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron - outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

The environment is great, airy and sea view. There are also corresponding packages around, butler service is very good. Singapore is across the sea, and self-check-in is very convenient. Recommend everyone to choose

Had a few issues with the checkout because of miscommunications but the supervisor was very helpful and kind to me. So thats the only reason im reviewing because the supervisor was patient and nice to me. Is a nice hotel. Safe. No lifts just stairs. The sheets are kinda dirty but everything else is okay. Thank you to the supervisor.

The location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.

To tell you my honest review as your guide! I seldomly give review, but this time I give time. 1) Upon arrival it is only easy to locate, we just book grab. But upon check-in it is do-it-yourself, you must have a internet data to communicate with the person in-charged. It is via watsapp! 2) Don't go to the room first. Communicate with them outside, no internet signal on the building. You must have local/E-banking for your deposit. 3)They gave you the details needed to open the room after u sent the depo. They will asked you to open the mail box for you to get the key card. End up we never saw any key card. Lol so we need to input the code every-time we go in-out the room! Inconvenient! They say someone will come to pass as key card but for our 2 nights stay their no one come! Marvellous! Lol 4) Common room toilet door is malfunctioning! Can't locked! We tried to locked end up my cousin locked up inside. What an experience! 🙌 5) The unit it-self is quite clean, just don't go on the veranda area. Got washing and all. 6)On their details says 2 pools indoor & outdoor. Sadly it is only outdoor, at the C2 area... Guess what? It is under maintenance. So funny! We go their just to enjoy the wholesome place but end up such a disappointing place. 7) Outside the building got shuttle you can freely use. Guards their are very friendly, asked them they'll guide you. It has a duty free area, expect lower prices of alcohol. 8) They only got 1 stove induction cooker. With a over used rice cooker pot, yes only pot no rice cooker itself. Hahahahaha Take-it-or-leave-it! Inconvenient! Not for family use. 9) Upon check out they asking for key card we never even had! Hahahaha So we just turn of the main-switch and locked the door. We left the unit clean and tidy. The rubbish bags left outside the veranda not to stinks the whole unit. 10) End up accusing us we took 2 of small towels even tho we didn't! Crazy. Who would take unhygienic towels we don't even know who are those random millions of people use already! We checked-out 3days ago until now we haven't received the deposit that 24-hours upon check-out they'll refund! Stop blaming us for your small towels! Better improve your service! CIAO!
