KKwanyu73This is the first time I stayed in such holiday park but generally it's a nice experience. I called the reception as we planned to arrive late. She gave me the password to open the safe so that I can extract the cabin key. It has quite decent facilities like heated pool and laundry even though we did not use (as it was closed while we arrived). The location is a bit off and franky I needed to drive a bit of distance in darkness before i could reach the supermarket and eatries.

TTanghuoxiaoqiThere was a dead bug in the room, I didn't dare to move it, and I found the bug was still there when I came back the next day. The room was cleaned and only a quilt was folded. The shower gel and conditioner were gone and not replenished. The location is OK

KKhin YewI booked a 1 bedroom apartment and was quite happy with the place. Apartment was spacious and equipped with basic necessities for our 2 nights stays.
Location is not central to the town area. Though the town area is only a 5minutes drive away. Dedicated parking bay provided, so no dramas with the parking.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserVery clean and spacious room. Felt comfortable in there. However, the pillow was a bit hard. The motel reception closed at 7pm and it was literally closed. The tip I learned is to send message by the phone number placed at the reception door or send email by the website's contact email. The staff was responsive to both ways - save you the overseas call if you're foreigners. The staff will send you the passcode of the key box then you can get the envelope of the room number and key. 6 minutes drive to Port Macquarie where has many good quality restaurants. We went to the Japanese restaurant, Ichi, very good quality dishes but not expensive! Another we didn't manage to go is Bills Fishouse & Bar. It was full house thus, needs to do reservation if you wan to secure a table. Saw what people eat in Bills - dishes looked beautiful and tasty.

GGuest UserFloor felt sandy like it had not been vacuumed/swept throughly after the last guests. The dishrack was rusty so we didn't want to use it. The non-stick pot provided to cook was clearly scratched, which means it becomes toxic to use. The green scourer provided to wash the dishes with was quite hard to use and can also be abrasive and scratch the non-stick coating on pots and pans.
Other than those minor things, the standard cabin was spacious and the triple bunk bed seems fun if you have kids.

GGuest UserThis is my first time to experience the Park Hotel. It is very convenient to drive there by navigation. The front desk gets off work at 4 pm. If you arrive in the evening, you can get an envelope in a basket at the front desk, which contains the key and the map of the room. Basically, they are all in one building. You can see the starry sky at night and it is very quiet.
I was arranged a lake view room, which is great. The room is fully equipped.
There are only 3 of us. I booked it temporarily. There are only two bedrooms and one living room. It turned out that there are 5 beds (2 bunk beds) that can sleep 7 people. I was surprised. A single-family villa with pure European and American style.
There are children's facilities in the park, suitable for children and the elderly. There is only one restaurant around, and all foreigners drive here by themselves. The hamburgers are super big.
It is a very beautiful park. It was winter when we went there. If it was summer, you can play water sports.

LLily around the worldIt’s a very nice hotel, simple but functional! The location is amazing, very close to nice area with good restaurants, 5 min walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend!
