The room was only 50 degrees. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was barely warm.

Check-in was interesting as no one was there and after 3 calls of dialing "0" some one walked in the front door. Was checked-in with limited words and overview of policies, breakfast, etc. Just a weird experience.
Room was clean with OK comfort. Packet of shampoo was a new to me for a $160/night room in a small MN town.
Overall, not a good value for a hotel.

Arrived about 2:30 PM, no one at the front desk, dial 0 as the sign said, someone answered and said they were at lunch and would be back to the front desk in 5 minutes. There were 5 people waiting to check-in and another 2 people waiting to ask a question. Front desk person did arrive within 5 minutes.
My TV did not work, the remote batteries were dead. The person at the front desk did come up immediately when called and replaced the batteries and stayed to make sure the TV worked properly. He was very cordial.
Breakfast was very disappointing. There was not that much to choose from.
However, our stay was quiet and the room was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the craft brewery a short walking distance from the hotel.

It was "okay". But the customer service was bad. Front desk was terrible. Nobody ever there, had to call from the front desk to get someone every time. Room smelt odd and hot tub was barely luke warm. Breakfast was disgusting.6/10 overall

Extremely hard beds. Had to call from the front desk to check in. TV, alarm clock, and plug-ins on the side table lamps did not work.

Mediocrity is a good word. Not sure how it has 9/10 stars. It’s probably 6-7/10 only because its basically clean more or less and with a 3/10 breakfast.
Also We asked for extra blankets and got one- “can we have two..?” No you can only have one. ….ummm ok?
