Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles
4.4/552 Reviews
The room is very small, no slippers, hot water kettle, refrigerator, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower cap. But it's clean, and the soundproofing is poor. Some compatriots are talking loudly in the corridor and it is very noisy. There is no place to put an extra bed. There is not much to go shopping around the hotel, there are many beggars on the street, it doesn't feel very good.

The ad for the room clearly states that there would be a double bed. This hotel puts two single beds together and don't do it properly. I arrived at 12 as per the agreed check-in time but was told that the room is not ready yet. I think my room was ready but upon check-in I appeared as the perfect candidate that would accept a makeshift double bed at a rate of EUR 145 per night. I haven't booked Mercure in over five years. And this time will be the last time.

We only stayed one night but it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely return next time we’re in Paris. Quaint hotel in great location (5m walk to metro and 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower) with cosy rooms. Very clean, comfy bed good in room facilities - the inclusion of a fridge and safe was great. Shower was excellent and modern. Friendly and welcoming staff too.

A wonderful hotel, so many lovely touches from immaculate rooms, fairy lights in the garden, the gorgeous toiletries, the unique decor, comfy beds, very quiet room (we were in a room in the first floor overlooking the courtyard garden) and welcoming staff. We only stayed 1 night but wished we were there for longer. It's a short walk from Javel metro station and feels like a safe area, we returned to the hotel around midnight. Sunday morning we walked along the Seine past lots of houseboats and people running, it took less than half an hour to walk to the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend and would love to return.
Hôtel Félicien

I stayed at the hotel overnight in Sept 2022 as part of a business trip with a few other coworkers. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Fatima at the front desk. She had a big smile on her face and was happy to accommodate our request to discuss the check-in in English. Check in was quick and easy. To address other comments on the elevators, these small elevators are typical of many older European buildings that were retrofitted to add them. They both worked great and it was fine getting our luggage up to our rooms. The room was decent sized, clean, and nicely decorated. The shower was fantastic, especially after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great and had a lot of variety. Fatima was at the front desk again in the morning and was super friendly and helpful and checkout was a breeze. Overall, I was super happy with the hotel. Nice rooms and great service; couldn't ask for more. Thanks Fatima for making us feel at home!

This is a great little boutique hotel very close to Metro and easy walk to some really great and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is great with very comfortable beds, and one of the best showers ever. It is a couple minute walk to the Seine River, and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff, especially Elizabeth, were great. There’s a games room, steam room, and small weight room. It’s a great little place and I highly recommend it
