The whole hotel has revealed warmth and ritual everywhere from the start to the eating area to the hotel room! First of all, the door is a chandelier that looks like the moon. The lobby is full of simple designs. The background of the guest lounge area is green, elegant and beautiful, and there is a magazine display. The dining area has many wooden elements, with unique space design, or round or square, interlaced with a particularly good-looking, and the texture of woody YYDS. The room is even better. The toilet and shower are completely separated, so that it will not affect each other's ventilation. The bathroom is the street of Paris when the window is opened. It is quiet in the middle of noisy, but it will also have a clear view of the style of Paris. It truly made our trip to Paris perfect. The location was perfect both to walk to places or take the Metro. The rooms are beautifully decorated and big enough for a city hotel. Breakfast is varied and lovely including the service. The front house is polite and efficient. The lobby area is calm and inviting. I particularly want to mention, the Head Concierge, Christophe who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got us entrance tickets to the Louver Museum and exhibition without having to queue. we loved staying at Bel Ami and definitely will return as it was a pleasure to return to our room at the end of each day.

This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen. The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange. Other than that, room was perfect. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

The hotel was built in 1852, so the building is an antique building, but it has just been newly renovated in recent years, the facilities are very new and very tasteful. Many people complain that the elevator can only accommodate 3 people. From the 1852s, we like it very much. The hotel is located on the quiet left bank, away from the tourist area, safe and within walking distance of the Louvre Seine. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the Paris luxury shopping mall Le Bon Marché. Absolutely different from Lafayette Paris Spring. The hotel's guests are mostly Americans (the hotel has previously joined a US boutique hotel group Pfund), the staff is very high quality, can provide guests with a lot of useful information (especially restaurant recommendations), allowing guests to feel the French hospitality It is worth mentioning that we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning. We planned to leave our luggage and go out for a walk and then come back to stay. The hotel was very nice to tell us that 2 rooms are ready and ready to stay. When leaving the hotel, the hotel also let us check out out, this is very guest-friend. Staying in a small suite, the hotel arranged a room with a view of the tower and sent champagne. What else would you do on a wet, blustery, rainy March afternoon in Paris, but pamper yourself with a leisurely high tea at the wonderful Lutetia Hotel? My daughter and I booked a 3pm slot and having deliberately foregone lunch, we arrived hungry & right on time. We were seated immediately by a very efficient & kind hostess beneath the highly decorative glass roof in Le St-Germain and ordered the set afternoon tea menu for 65€ with Blue of London tea for me and a delicious thick hot chocolate for her. Our drinks arrived promptly and we chatted as we waited for the pièce de résistance: 3 savoury and 7 sweet items. After another 35 minutes of waiting, our stomachs finally stopped rumbling. Obviously chef patissier Nicolas Guercio's creativity wowed us, especially the Crab with yuzu sansho, daikon infused with grapefruit on the savoury side, while the Pineapple and green cardamom sorbet vied with the Scones clotted cream and raspberry jam (memories from my childhood!) on the sweet side. What wowed us much less was the fact that we were asked to vacate our table at 4:50pm! Not only had we waited 40 minutes to actually eat our afternoon tea, but now we were being rushed out after an hour and 10 minutes! Nowhere on the website was there mention that you have under 2 hours to consume your afternoon tea. So future afternoon tea amateurs, beware, there's no such thing as a leisurely afternoon tea at the Lutetia!

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

Overall it was very good Seine River and Luxembourg Park are both within walking distance, so it was nice to take a walk. Public transportation is a bit vague, but I almost went to Odeon Station. Staff, concierge, and services were great. It does have a small elevator, but its new and not meant for a football team. Breakfast had excellent coffee and choices to get going. The breakfast experience was pleasant, and started the day great. The room was clean and updated, good shower, linens, and there is a safe. Small, but we didn't intend on spending any time in the room. the location works great, small walk to subway (didn't use because of the strikes) small walk to the local train station, and Roissey bus which is also not bad to use. The bus was not running when we came in, so we took an overpriced cab. (don't do that). Very short walk if you average 3-4 miles a day like we did, to the Louvre, place de la Concorde, Orangerie, D'Orsay, and Isle de la Citie. (in another direction, Eiffel tower isn't far). Lots of dining nearby, ATM, groceries. Again, staff was helpful with our bad French, and it all worked out great.

We had the most charming room, one of our favorites during our European trip. The lobby is pretty, almost Victorian in a way, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. There is a large department store food supermarket on the right side of the right intersection of the hotel. There are everything, but there are no Chinese restaurants within two kilometers. The first room was not acceptable or what I requested (they switched me to a better room the next day) and the second room was fine, but doesn't justify the price. The breakfast was not serious and was totally lacking. We didn't recall seeing a single yogurt or piece of fruit or egg or meat. Perhaps we got there late, but that's not what I remember. The charge for it made it a very easy no. In general it was not too loud, but it could be occasionally. The beds were good. My wife liked it. I did not like the city tax. I was not aware of that till the last day. If you wish for your room to not have housekeeping service I suggest you really jam the card into the door, or it will probably fall off the door knob and they will come in. The safe is a pain and doesn't really work the way the instructions imply. But it does work. I didn't feel like I procrastinated planning my vacation, but apparently I did. The staff was reasonably nice most of the time, with the tall man in particular making a real effort and the maid, was also quite pleasant. Others were reasonably professional.
