We had the complete pleasure of staying at this mind boggingly AMAZING hotel over spring break this year, four nights in total. We are a family of four (17 yr old son 14 yr old daughter), and all of us were completely blown away by the level of attention, committment to excellence, beauty of the facilities and location of this incredible place. It truly is the finest hotel we've ever stayed at, with good reason. From the moment we were met at the airport (transport arranged by the hotel) in a comfortable van equipped with every phone charger you could imagine, water bottles and towels for our faces and hands, to the minute we reluctantly checked out and said our good byes, our family felt known, cared for, and completely, 100% spoiled in a ways we could not have dreamed. Everyone from the concierges and guest services team (shout out to the enthusiastic and emminently cheerful Claire!) to the housekeeping and food people who dropped treats and little touches to make us so excited to come back to the room each day...to the waiters at the Brasserie and Bar Josephine (the best cosmo I've ever had, two nights in a row and fantastic live music) we are already dreaming of returning. Many hotels are having a difficult time finding enough staff, let alone people committed to going above and beyond providing excellent service...this hotel somehow has a lock on great individuals in every department. Other highlights: bathrooms cut out of solid marble. I took five minutes one morning trying imagine what it took to fabricate the sinks and bathtub out of solid stone and then get them into all the rooms. Mind blown. Fantastic water pressure from both the shower and bath. Sheets and pillows and beds that allowed all of us to sleep soundly every night. Both children said it was the best night's sleep they'd ever had away from home. Top of the line electronics and room organization...everything is automatic with lights (we didn't touch a switch in four days, I came home and told my husband what a ”drag” it was to have to actually turn my lights on. lol), and air conditioning/heat/curtains are all controlled from handy control wall panels in each room. Small touches in the closets of things you might have forgotten, lots of drawers and space to unpack and stay organized. The pool and spa is breathtaking, make sure to leave time to enjoy it! It truly is a five star hotel in every element imaginable. I cannot recommend Hotel Lutetia any higher. You will not regret it.

It truly made our trip to Paris perfect. The location was perfect both to walk to places or take the Metro. The rooms are beautifully decorated and big enough for a city hotel. Breakfast is varied and lovely including the service. The front house is polite and efficient. The lobby area is calm and inviting. I particularly want to mention, the Head Concierge, Christophe who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got us entrance tickets to the Louver Museum and exhibition without having to queue. we loved staying at Bel Ami and definitely will return as it was a pleasure to return to our room at the end of each day.

The whole hotel has revealed warmth and ritual everywhere from the start to the eating area to the hotel room! First of all, the door is a chandelier that looks like the moon. The lobby is full of simple designs. The background of the guest lounge area is green, elegant and beautiful, and there is a magazine display. The dining area has many wooden elements, with unique space design, or round or square, interlaced with a particularly good-looking, and the texture of woody YYDS. The room is even better. The toilet and shower are completely separated, so that it will not affect each other's ventilation. The bathroom is the street of Paris when the window is opened. It is quiet in the middle of noisy, but it will also have a clear view of the style of Paris. The double bed in the room is very large, the respective bedside tables also have USB ports, which is convenient for mobile phone charging. The hotel was built in 1852, so the building is an antique building, but it has just been newly renovated in recent years, the facilities are very new and very tasteful. Many people complain that the elevator can only accommodate 3 people. From the 1852s, we like it very much. The hotel is located on the quiet left bank, away from the tourist area, safe and within walking distance of the Louvre Seine. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the Paris luxury shopping mall Le Bon Marché. Absolutely different from Lafayette Paris Spring. The hotel's guests are mostly Americans (the hotel has previously joined a US boutique hotel group Pfund), the staff is very high quality, can provide guests with a lot of useful information (especially restaurant recommendations), allowing guests to feel the French hospitality It is worth mentioning that we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning. We planned to leave our luggage and go out for a walk and then come back to stay. The hotel was very nice to tell us that 2 rooms are ready and ready to stay. When leaving the hotel, the hotel also let us check out out, this is very guest-friend. Staying in a small suite, the hotel arranged a room with a view of the tower and sent champagne. The balcony is so beautiful. I will stay here next time I come to Paris.

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

Overall it was very good Seine River and Luxembourg Park are both within walking distance, so it was nice to take a walk. Public transportation is a bit vague, but I almost went to Odeon Station. Most of all, the front desk staff were very friendly, so it was a very comfortable stay and the security was good. If you are in a single room, be sure to ask for a good view on a higher floor :)

The hotel is very new, beautifully decorated, stylish and reasonable, and the rooms are small but adequate. The toiletries in the room are L'Occitane, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, and a half bottle of champagne. The front desk service was especially good. When I left, I asked if I needed to bring a bottle of water to drink. In the afternoon, I also provided free tea. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Paris. Stay next time!

Staff, concierge, and services were great. It does have a small elevator, but its new and not meant for a football team. Breakfast had excellent coffee and choices to get going. The breakfast experience was pleasant, and started the day great. The room was clean and updated, good shower, linens, and there is a safe. Small, but we didn't intend on spending any time in the room. the location works great, small walk to subway (didn't use because of the strikes) small walk to the local train station, and Roissey bus which is also not bad to use. The bus was not running when we came in, so we took an overpriced cab. (don't do that). Very short walk if you average 3-4 miles a day like we did, to the Louvre, place de la Concorde, Orangerie, D'Orsay, and Isle de la Citie. (in another direction, Eiffel tower isn't far). Lots of dining nearby, ATM, groceries. Again, staff was helpful with our bad French, and it all worked out great.

It was really delicious and never busy. We did order room service from a restaurant nearby, it was really good and a great way to enjoy a meal without having to go out again after a long day. There is a large department store food supermarket on the right side of the right intersection of the hotel. There are everything, but there are no Chinese restaurants within two kilometers. There are only two Japanese meals and two Japanese ramen restaurants, which is slightly inconvenient. In addition, the hotel entrance is the taxi stand-by point, give the travel added convenience.

A phenomenal location, but given the price and certain other things I think I am going to have to be more aggressive with exploring airbnb and vrbo in the future. The first room was not acceptable or what I requested (they switched me to a better room the next day) and the second room was fine, but doesn't justify the price. The breakfast was not serious and was totally lacking. We didn't recall seeing a single yogurt or piece of fruit or egg or meat. Perhaps we got there late, but that's not what I remember. The charge for it made it a very easy no. In general it was not too loud, but it could be occasionally. The beds were good. My wife liked it. I did not like the city tax. I was not aware of that till the last day. If you wish for your room to not have housekeeping service I suggest you really jam the card into the door, or it will probably fall off the door knob and they will come in. The safe is a pain and doesn't really work the way the instructions imply. But it does work. I didn't feel like I procrastinated planning my vacation, but apparently I did. The staff was reasonably nice most of the time, with the tall man in particular making a real effort and the maid, was also quite pleasant. Others were reasonably professional.
