Room is smallish to be expected but bathroom is modern and useful. We were upgraded, provided a bottle of wine, lovely local candy treat. Most importantly…after my husband had a fall the staff was so kind and helpful. Provided ice for his knee, contacted a doctor to make a visit, provided us a late check out. The garden is sweet. Many cafes nearby. We have been more than satisfied. Thank you ladies!

The hotel is clean. The location is safe and convenient because the bus station is located right outside the hotel. Some may say that the room is small but we think it’s fine. The front desk is nice to show us the way to the baggage storage room.

The room is very small, no slippers, hot water kettle, refrigerator, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower cap. But it's clean, and the soundproofing is poor. Some compatriots are talking loudly in the corridor and it is very noisy. There is no place to put an extra bed. There is not much to go shopping around the hotel, there are many beggars on the street, it doesn't feel very good.
