Hotel Aviatic

We recently stayed in this hotel as we were having renovations in our apartment. The first thing we noticed was the natural and warm professionalism of the lady on the front desk. Some people are just perfect for working with the public, and it was the case here. Always a natural smile, and ready to help or answer any queries without any hesitation. There is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs are very narrow, which made it a bit complicated with a large suitcase. The lady on the desk offered to help, but we managed. The room was newly renovated, and it was quite small, but this is par for the course in Paris. It had a window to a charming courtyard which was so incredibly quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The sliding door on the bathroom was quite a surprise but we soon got used to it. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel where there was already a good, strong fan in the room upon our arrival, which was necessary as it was quite warm. The lady who was working in the breakfast room sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially on our last day, when it was very busy and she was working alone. The gentleman on the front desk as we were leaving was very friendly and professional too. All in all I would like to thank to thank the staff for their warm welcome and help. Keep up the good work ;)

About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. Can't ask too much. Breakfast 6 euros a person, croissants are delicious, there is a tram next to the subway station, a few stops to the Chinese area, there are many Chinese restaurants, but the Chinese area is more chaotic, more black people, more drunks, after eating black It’s better to go back to the hotel.

Participating in the French Financial Payment Exhibition, which is relatively close to the exhibition hall. The price is also relatively affordable. The exhibition will be our reference hotel every year in the future. Hope the price is more favorable.
Ibis Styles Paris Maine Montparnasse

Good location in Montparnasse, the neighborhood is quite calm and quiet which I liked, yet still very Parisian. The closest metro stations (Alésia and Pernety) are 400-650 metres away. Within walking distance there are for example the Catacombs (1.1 km) and Tour Montparnasse (1.3 km). The room had a very comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and a safe. There could be more shelf space and the shower is tiny, so probably not suitable for a larger person. The breakfast was good, baguette, croissants, yogurt, fruits, pastries and such, in addition to sausage and bacon. I could return here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 - night stay at voco Montparnasse. I got upgraded to a room on the 7th floor which allowed a view of the skyline as well a lot of natural light. Location - it is about 100 feet from an entrance to Metro Gaite which is a big plus as i take the Metro all the time. It is about a 10-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse and Montparnasse Tower, the Montparnasse Market (great food market on Saturday mornings) - countless restaurants and shops for a typical neighborhood. Montparnasse cemetery is just around the corner. Room: The room is clean and kept clean during my stay, it has a safe and a small fridge. Breakfast: In the morning, good selection of bread, cheeses, fruit a fresh cup of cappuccino for starters, ham and sausage, cold cuts. Food is always replenished and the dining area is kept clean even when the seating area is very busy. There was a happy hour from 5 PM to 8 PM but i was out all the time and did not get a chane to check it out. Staff: Special thanks to Munia!! She checked me in and I already felt that it was going to be a good stay because I know she will take care of me and she did! I had numerous questions about where to get certain items (Monoprix, carrefour) and she provided great direction on how to get to those places. She always greeted me by name and that is a good mark of service. Thank you again Munia for your warmth and for taking care of me while I was staying at the voco! The other staff were also very helpful and never hesitated to provide assistance when I needed it. Metro: If you are staying in Paris and will be taking the metro all the time it would be best to get a Navigo Card and buy 10 trips (carnet) at 1.40 instead of the regular 1.90 per trip. :-)
