Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, great location, excellent staff!

Nice hotel but bad service When you spend over 300 Euros per night, you don't expect to be told you cannot get coffee at 6:30am because it's too early! At this price, hotels would either keep a coffee machine in the room or make it available in the lobby for free 24 hours.

Location great, staff very helpful and friendly, room was lovely, comfy bed and lively and clean. Also nice and quiet.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was always willing to help. The area around the hotel was safe and close to great restaurants, Pelais Entrecot, Le Selec and Le Rotonde. The room was on the smallish side, but still comfortable. The hotel has a nice, continental breakfast. Great bed!

We stayed 4 nights in the junior suite w king bed. The room is very spacious and comfortable and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, tons of restaurant options nearby from casual to expensive. We liked the Vavin brasserie around the corner and the Moustache restaurant next door. The hallway rugs could stand to be replaced, I have a personal dislike of shampoo/conditioner combos, and having to keep your finger on the button of the hairdryer to keep it on was inconvenient. We stayed there 20 years ago, this week, and hopefully 20 years from now

Cute and friendly boutique style The staff were so friendly and the location was quiet. The room was cute and clean. There was only one drawback which was that the air conditioning wouldn’t go lower than 17 which was still a little warm some evenings.
