+ Nice location and very helpful staff that speak good English. Room was a bit kitsch but fun and confortable. Nice view over Notre Dame and the river Seine. Wifi was working well. - No lift up to the reception area on first floor so luggage must be carried. Unpractical shower. The floor got totally wet. Leaking sink. A bit expensive for the standard.

The attic is relatively old and the sanitary conditions are average. The front desk service attitude is very poor!

Notre Dame Cathedral, Shakespeare and Bookstore, and the Seine River are right in front of you. It is a good base for tourism. This area is very safe, the scenery is great, and it is not far from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast is very French. You can enjoy breakfast while admiring Notre Dame de Paris. There are many gourmet restaurants nearby. I will choose this hotel again next time.
