It was a last minute booking for our anniversary, it was a great location, staff were very helpful. They reply to emails quickly. The location of the hotel was great, it was a 10 mins walk to the Eiffel tower, theres carefour nearby and also public transport was really close it was 5 mins walk. Everyone was polite whenever you leave or enter the hotel. Our room was great, good for 2 people, we had a good view of the eiffel tower if you peak through out the window

This is the first hotel I have stayed in that requires payment for bottled water in the room every day. The attitude is bad. There is a smell when you walk into the hotel. The room is too small and feels very old. I don't recommend it. The breakfast service is poor and there are few choices.

My stay at Hotel Ares Eiffel was brilliant, small quiet hotel in the centre of Paris. Staff are super friendly and inviting. Only downfall was a €250 deposit we were not told about before arriving. Apart from that everything was lovely!

I was satisfied with the location and facilities of the accommodation. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there are delicious Korean restaurants nearby, so it is great for Korean guests.

The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower and you can walk there, which is very convenient. It is also close to the subway, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel environment is elegant and the room has a light perfume smell.

The location is perfect! They clean the room every day, and the staff are super friendly. However, the elevator is too small and slow, and the room is so tiny. It's smaller than a Korean motel room. It's just big enough for a bed, and there's not enough space to open a suitcase! Please note! Still, there were no problems staying there.

I stayed in 4 different hotels during my few weeks in Paris, and this hotel was my favorite, even though it was the cheapest. It's not a hotel with a special view, but it's close to the subway station and the hotel is easily accessible. The room was bigger than I thought, and although there was no bathrobe, they did provide slippers. The bathroom was especially spacious (it had both a bathtub and a shower) and clean. I could watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV! Other hotels were 2-7 times more expensive, but they didn't have smart TVs, but Ares Hotel was the only hotel I stayed in that had a TV that supported Netflix. The staff was always friendly, and they helped me move my luggage when I checked in and when I checked out. I was so satisfied with this hotel that I regretted staying there for only one day. If I come back to Paris, I will stay here again!

Our family paid over €400 per night and expected excellent service and amenities, but we were disappointed. The room was small, the bathroom was cramped, and all the facilities were outdated. While these were understandable, the soundproofing was unbearable. Even walking around felt like the room was vibrating, and everything the residents above us did was audible. We could also clearly hear our neighbors talking and washing up. This meant I had to ask my children to refrain from making any noise, which was very uncomfortable. The additional breakfast was also very basic. I don't understand why this hotel is rated as a four-star hotel. From the facilities to the food, it's completely unworthy of a four-star rating.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a great location and is very close to the tower. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a subway station just outside. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient for eating and shopping.

It's a small hotel, small room, but well located, very kind to us who didn't speak the language, they were very helpful ❤️

The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. The overall style is very old money. Our room is on the top floor with a large balcony. It is very French and comfortable. However, the front desk on the first floor is a bit fierce hahahaha
