Amazing hotel, very modern with all the amenities you would desire. Room size is good and very comfortable. Location is exceptional, only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and a metro station nearby. The breakfast was excellent. The entire minibar is free and is restocked every day. Cannot think of any cons, one of the best places to stay in Paris.

The hotel is under maintenance so no lift but thats okay. Room is quite spacious and we could see Eiffel Tower from the balcony. However there was someone playing loud music in the middle of the night at 3 or 4am.. This is quite strange

The hotel has a great location, very conveniently within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. You can see the tower from the window, and enjoy the sunrise and the nighttime illuminations. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast is also good, and they even have homemade cookies for Christmas. I chose Inwood because it's a chain hotel, which I felt was safe. I would definitely stay there again if I come to Paris.

I was given a room on the third floor, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is excellent, and with the heat in Paris these days, air conditioning is crucial. I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness; the washbasin wasn't cleaned properly. The housekeeping staff threw away my used soap for some reason, and I was surprised it wasn't the same soap I brought. The minibar was refilled daily only after I asked Ctrip. Overall, the service was average. Ctrip was very good and proactive in communication.

This hotel has a good location. I chose a room with a view of the iron tower. The room is very small and the balcony is very small, but the view is very good. You can see the flashing lights of the iron tower at different times in the room.

It was Christmas and New Year's Day when I stayed there. The hotel was very considerate and gave me handwritten postcards and candy gifts for 4 days. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down on the morning of check-out. I had to drag 3 heavy boxes down 3 floors. Then there was no one at the front desk. The waiter said that he had gone to repair the elevator. I had to leave at 8 o'clock to catch a flight. The car was waiting for us to go to the airport. The person who arrived at 8.25 was very anxious and angry. I threw the room card to the front desk. The bill was not detailed and I left in a hurry. Later I thought that I should have been charged more than 20 euros. Overall, it is very good. I just hope there are more staff and higher efficiency. I will stay here next time.
