The elevator is very thin and can only accommodate one person and one luggage. If you only live on the first and second floors, it is more convenient to use the stairs. Although it is only a few floors high, the elevator is very slow. Use your feet It's faster than waiting for him. . .
There is no additional anti-opening chain on the door of the room, and outsiders can directly open the door to enter. If the door of the upstairs or isolation room is closed, you will also feel a loud sound, thinking that the door of your room has been opened! Very insecure.

The WC in my room is not equiped with a "chair". Elevator is surprisingly narrow. Service staff seemed not to care about it at all. Even the cheapest hotel is equipped with the WC with a chair. I don't know how I can use it. Such a hotel would be inimaginable in Japan.

The room was very nicely decorated, clean, the bed comfortable. But it was also very small and very noisy. The location is great, right behind Les Halles, an area full of life, shops, restaurants. The location justifies the price.

I was arriving at the hotel before noon, and the staff at the reception was trying to contact for me to get a cleaned room at his best. and I was lucky enough to be able to have an early check in so that I could freshen up for the business meeting in the afternoon.

Small room, but clean, comfortable on the 4th floor it was certainly quiet. We had 2 large luggage pieces so that made it feel more cramped. Nice little breakfast room with coffee, juice, fruit, frommage blanc/yogurt and a small selection of patisseries, cheese and ham. It's a fantastic location though, close to RER B which goes directly to CDG AIRPORT. Several pedestianized streets, tons of nice shops and restaurants and its minutes from Les Halles shopping centre.

Very nice stay in the center of Paris.
Very practical for public transportation access with RER and Metro station within 2 minutes.
Front desk personnel very nice and able to adapt and help in all situations

We loved staying here. It is in a prime location right next to the train station and lots of food and shopping in the area all within walking distance. We felt safe and loved staying so close to everything. The hotel itself was nice too. It’s small so the elevator and hallways are extremely narrow and by that I mean only two people in the elevator at once literally hugging eachother because it’s so small and the hallways well one person at a time. The entrance to the hotel is cute but while we stayed there, we encountered a bit of an odor issue but otherwise very clean and elegant. The room itself was small but very nice. Looks like it was recently renovated and had a nice modern look to it. Everything was comfortable and we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room is very small (as expected before booking) but very good location and many restaurants around the area. RER station is just around the corner.
