Hotel was near metro , less than 10 mins walk. Hotel is clean and cozy but small , just barely enough for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) with luggages etc. . Staff was overall good.
breakfast was same for 3-4 days, average but a bit expensive , only plus side is kids eating free. The worst part is no water bottles or basic amenities like toothbrushes/toothpaste, shower cap etc that you’d normally expect at 4 star hotel. The water refill station that doesn’t work most of the time , so a bit of a hassle. Paris is expensive so be prepared to pay high cost for everything and get little in return. I guess that is Europe overall.
My main complaint is the Rose restaurant which serves terrible food, super expensive and slow (SUPER SLOW) services. They need more servers , our night was pretty packed and they didn’t have the staffing for it so everything was long and food was bland and cold by the time we got to eat it . So not enjoyable and do not recommend this restaurant, perhaps the upstairs rooftop restaurant is better but need reservations and most night it’s booked.

The room is simple and neat.
The staff is polite but the hotel is a bit crowded and they seems dont have enough staff to deal with all customers quickly, while some idle staff seems does not possess the knowledge to deal with specific enquiries which lead to 1-2 staff overloaded. Most guests generally need to wait at the recption when ever there is any enquiry.
The breakfast have two choice of resturants, one is buffet one is a la carte. Both is nice.. The resturant on 8/F can see the Effiel Tower from far.

12th December 2023. First day we arrived.Internet was down.We waited almost an hour at 8pm for the 3 rooms after 16 hour flight and 1 hour travelling and walking up a slope with all our luggages couldn't get our rooms as they didn't receive our booking.
15th December 2023.On the last day , we decided to stay an extra went to the counter to confirm if I need to do anything.They said nothing else.At 11.59am,They called all our rooms repeatedly to go down to pay deposit of 51 Euros.
12 January 2024.We got a charge of our 1st booking in full in Euros from the hotel.
Either Trip.COM OR The Hotel was scamming or being scammed.
Either way I don't recomd anyone to stay there or book with Trip.com as they were supposed to return our calls 2 days ago today is 15th January 2023.No word from anyone.
Called back 3-5 time all the times they are experiencing high call volume.
As a diamond member I regret being a member and booking through them.and this is not the first time this issue has happened.
Booking and no room.If the app cannot cope with volume do not accept orders
Still waiting for call back.Hope to restore my bank balance and Faith in this App.

Very good. Came to Paris to attend an exhibition. The exhibition hall is right next to the hotel, a few minutes walk. The hotel serves a rich breakfast. The baguette is super delicious. Completely avoid thunder. The hotel gave Chinese people a cold room with a non-working heater, tricked guests to check out, and refused to refund. As a direct result, my girlfriend caught a cold and had a fever the next day, and the following one-year trip was ruined. Chinese tourists please flee immediately.
My girlfriend and I checked into the hotel on December 27, 2024, for a total of four nights, with a room rate of 1500+ per night. As a result, the hotel allocated a room with a completely non-working heater and cold air from the central air conditioner. On the first night, I explained to the hotel front desk that the heater did not work and needed the hotel to give an electric heater first, but no one came that night.
