La stanza era molto piccola, era tanto quanto il letto che per fortuna era matrimoniale. Non sapevo dove poggiare la valigetta. La stanza che ho ricevuto sarebbe stata più adatta ad un letto singolo. Alla reception un signore un pò anziano (che probabilmente faceva le notti) sapeva parlare solo francese (no inglese, no italiano) e questo ha creato problemi nella comunicazione di base (che era necessaria). La colazione era molto scarsa. C'era pochissimo e quello che c'era finiva subito. A parte un pò di pane era tutto confezionato. La cosa buona dell'hotel è che è vicinissimo alla metropolitana. Avrei fatto una recensione positiva se fosse costato meno ma avendo pagato più di 100 euro mi aspetto qualcosa in più

Un hôtel abordable, les chambres ont un bon volume. Ce qui est un peu dommage c'est que certaines chambres donnent sur la "cour" de l'immeuble d'à coté.
l’hôtel est juste à coté du métro, et il est à quelques minutes de la bellevilloise, donc cet hôtel est un bon choix si vous voulez assister à un concert là-bas.

Hôtel très bien situé près du métro, accueil agréable. La chambre en revanche toute petite, une baie vitrée qui donne donne sur une terrasse infâme où a été installée un filet anti déchets, il est même mis à disposition un balai. Impossible de sortir. Nous avions réservé pour avec une box, est-ce une chambre réservée à ces prestations ?! Je n’y retournerai pas…

Hemos estado en un circuito por París y Normandia y estuvimos alojados el primer día y el último porque no me quedó más remedio. Es un hotel penoso viejo, sucio. El primer día nos dieron una habitación en una séptima planta y para acceder a ella poque no llega el ascensor, por una escalera estrecha y en caracol, aburdillada no teníamos agua porque no llegaba, sucia, parecía un trastero. El segundo día una habitación con humedades, suelo ahuecado y tropezabas y con un escalón en el baño sin sentido, vieja. El desayuno sólo café, zumos y croasan, y muy pobre. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE. Lo único bueno es que a 50 metros tienes el metro.

Un gérant accueillant et sympathique, une chambre très propre et une literie confortable pour un prix correct. C’est une très bonne adresse et nous y reviendrons à l’occasion si nous repassons dans le quartier. Je recommande cet établissement.

Pour y avoir séjournée plusieurs fois par semaine pendant 6 mois je recommande cet hôtel ou le personnel est très accueillant serviable et agréable et je les remercie encore pour ces 6 mois passés à Paris. Mme Auzeau !

Points positifs : - métro + bus juste en bas de l'hôtel - chambre climatisée - literie très confortable - buffet petit dej de bonne qualité Points négatifs : - chambre vetuste - propreté limitée au strict minimum. La prestation est plutot digne d'un 2 etoiles.

Mauvaise climatisation, odeur, essuies humides à l’arrivée ou manquants. Tapisseries très anciennes. Matelas et oreillers de très mauvaises qualité. Il faut à chaque fois demander à l’hôtelier de renflouer le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. Croissants brûlés.

Lamentable : j'avais réservé une nuit le 9 juin dernier et n'ai pu revenir à l'hôtel qu'à 0h30 ; l'hôtel est fermé à partir de 0h mais un numéro de tél est affiché en grand format, pour appeler en cas de besoin. 5 appels et 40' plus tard, le veilleur n'avait toujours pas entendu mes appels, et je me suis donc retrouvée à la rue pour la nuit ... Cela n'a pas empêché l'hôtelier de me facturer la nuit le lendemain lorsque je suis passée récupérer mes affaires.
