the hotel is very old with small old lift that only enough for 1 person and 1 luggage. the stairs very stiff and difficult to carry luggage if you want to use stairs. the number of room was confusing. the location not that really safe, a lot of noise coming from Inn beside the hotel..the only good part is the staff was helpful

I love this hotel for so many reasons even though the hotel room is small, I found it very efficient and great for solo traveler. The reception area is also very nice so I can work on my laptop here compensating for the smaller room. Staff seems to be friendly enough for the French standard. So I have no complaints. This is my second visit and I look forward to my next visit here.

The location is convenience for traveler since it's just near to main station North. Service and facility is good, except a little unhappiness with their tiny life inside hotel. I made high score for this hotel, they are good.

Good location good service

The entire stay was horrible!!! The worst hotel stay of my entire European trip. 1. Someone swiped their card and let me in at 4:30 AM. I asked the front desk the next day, but they acted as if nothing had happened! It was so dangerous! 2. We stayed two nights in a row, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day, and no mineral water was provided! After asking, they said they would only provide one bottle of water for three days. 3. The room was cramped.

I had a great stay. Everything from the lobby to the accommodations was perfect. I had a comfortable stay. The location was great, the cleanliness was good, and the service was excellent.

It was in a good location right next to Gare du Nord. However, the intersection just outside the station and the nearby streets seem to be unsafe. There is a supermarket, a laundromat, and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. I was kindly allowed to wait in the lobby until the Eurostar. The room was

The location is quite close to the Gare du Nord, and it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk with your luggage. The service provided by the black gentleman at the counter may not be full of experience, but his attitude is good and patient. I haven't encountered the "mean woman" counter staff mentioned in various comment areas. Being an old hotel, the elevator is small enough for one person and two suitcases to fill. The room I stayed in had two doors, and I had to have a good angle to get out of the room. You may feel hot indoors during the day due to the sun. The air conditioning is centrally controlled so not ideal. But I visited in April 2024. When I opened the window, natural air-conditioning entered the house. I stayed quite comfortable afterwards. I'm so grateful to have a bathtub to soak in.

Basically in line with the previous comments, the transportation is convenient. The area near the train station is complicated because of the large number of people, and there is a strong smell of urine. You can see people urinating next to the wall. It is difficult to understand the government's management style. The hotel is small and exquisite, relatively hygienic, and there are many places to eat nearby.

I stayed for one night to take the train from Gare du Nord early the next morning. The hotel is in front of the station, about a 2 minute walk. The road to the station was flat and it was easy to move around while pushing a suitcase. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is convenient. Alcohol sales will end at 5pm. It doesn't seem to be very safe outside the station. Hotel rooms are clean. The space is small and there is no place to step when two suitcases are spread out. When I closed the window, I couldn't hear any outside noise and it was quiet. I think it's a good place to stay the night before using North Station.
