The bathroom was not clean when we checked In at the apartment. The shower was completly dirty as you can see in the pictures that we immediatly sent. No one came to clean, altough the host said that they’ll going to solve it the next day. The Staff left towels on the next day but the bathroom remained unclean! And the apartment door open. We try to talk again to the host several times but no one solved the issue or at least offered a compensation. We didn’t showered for two days because of this! The beds were really unconfortable. There was an elevator but wasn't working.

ZERO customer service and I weigh my words. In case of reservation problems, pray, because they will not be able to help you and they will make sure to keep your money. To escape, absolutely do not set foot there

We stayed on the 64th floor at 29 Saint Lazare Street, very close to the Opera Garnier. The apartment is very well located. The elevator was broken and they told us about it the day before we arrived. We were on the 6th floor, we had to go up and down during the 5 days, hell besides being over 30 degrees in Paris. At all times we entered the doors with codes and we had no contact with anyone. They left us one towel per person for the 5 days we stayed. The bathroom was much smaller than in the photos and they didn't give us any gel or shampoo. There was no air conditioning, when they told us there was. They charged me the day before arriving €200 on my card, in addition to the money for the apartment in total. No one notified us of that operation at any time.
