Hotel location is within walking distance to Printemps. Room is clean and staff is very helpful too.

Everything is good, just one point less is no mini frigo in room

The hotel is very clean, well situated, rooms are confortable and the breakfast is very very good and generous. Very friendly staff. The only bemol is that the pillows were inconfortable (too tough). Very good place to stay. We will come back.

We had room 606, we went up to the 5th floor and then some fairly narrow spiral stairs. The room was good but very noisy due to machines that could be heard at night. We got a deal on Black Friday and that's why I think we got one of the worst rooms… the location is good, you have everything within walking distance and close by.

The room is clean, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are complete, and the service is in place. It is worth recommending.

The location is great! Pigalle is a great area with all sorts of bars, restaurants and great shops. The check-in in the late evening was a bit bumpy, since the room card could not be activated at first. However, this was resolved the next morning. The decor is very basic, nothing spectacular… The breakfast was satisfying and gave a great start to the day!

Overall, I was very satisfied. I only booked one night at the time, but a very handsome brother at the front desk directly gave me a family room. The catch is that the two family rooms next to each other are separated by a separate corridor, and the next room comes in and out at three o'clock in the morning. There was the noise of children as they walked around, and the door was closed hard. Interrupted to sleep. It also has something to do with personal qualities.
