Calling this place a "hotel" is false advertising. It is a dilapidated, mold-infested, dumpster.
There is a constant smell of damp and disinfectant.
The elevator rarely worked and we had to use their stained, musty and steep stairs.
The Walls & Doors were filthy, scuffed, and had mysterious stains.
The Air Vents: Blocked with dust and fluff.
The Furniture: The chair was broken and the mattress had a massive dip in the middle.
In the Bathroom there was active, visible BLACK MOLD growing around the shower and sink.
The shower head was broken and when we asked for them to fix it or change the room they advised this was a regular occurrence in all their rooms and they were used to replacing it with a cheap option every few days.
The photos on their website have been so heavily edited and photoshopped, they are in no way an actual representation of the establishment.
I will say, the only thing that wasn't a complete disaster was the staff. The people at the front desk were responsive and genuinely seemed to want to help. The problem is the building itself. It is rotten to its core. No amount of polite service can fix structural decay and profound, ingrained filth.
I never felt a moment of comfort or relaxation.
