We were planning to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Pullman Eiffel on 21st Dec, we booked a really expensive nice balcony room and have saved up by working hard for this trip.
Unfortunately, we were stranded at London St Pancras Station due to a sudden strike by Eurotunnel staff, it was a terrible travel trauma
We reached out to Trip.com as well as hotel, a supposedly 5 star Pullman luxury establishment and please take a good look at their replies. I am doubting the luxury and 5 star we have paid here as I am sure it is all over the news about the strike which caused all travels to and from Paris to be cancelled on 21st Dec.
So in a nutshell we paid USD $500 for 1 night of hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary but was stranded in London train station and Pullman Eiffel Tower does not refund us due to our train being cancelled and no available trains or flights.
Please beware of this scam hotel, which has no regard or well being of hospitality and their guests
