Fantastic hotel, receptionist was very kind and we had a lovely stay here. Will come again :)

The location is excellent, just 3-4 min walk to Metro St Augustine and 5-6 min walk to Gare St Lazare. Enjoy our stay with helpful and pleasant staff and close proximity to restaurants of various cuisines. My deluxe room is not big enough to have a decent wardrobe though. The bath tub may be a little bit high for elderly. Handles should be inserted near the tub for safety purpose. Breakfast is quite nice with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, bacon, ham and cheese.

I really felt that this was a 4-star hotel. I was happy that I could get water at the front desk. I had to leave before breakfast started (from 7am), but when I explained, they packed some bread in a box and said I could take it! The staff were all very kind and I thought it was a great hotel. Also, even though the water is hard, the shampoo and conditioner were good, so my hair wasn't stiff. I would like to continue using the same brand.

Overall: Generally speaking, it's okay. The transportation is convenient and it's next to the subway station. Dining is convenient. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good, but the breakfast is quite simple, not even some vegetables. Health: OK. Service: Very average, very average. Facilities: No evaluation will be made if public facilities are not used.

Very good, 10 minutes walk to Spring Department Store, next to Carrefour. And the room is also very good. Very satisfied. The hotel also has capsule coffee, which is very considerate

The room is quite big in Paris and is very suitable for two people with big suitcases. The bathroom is also huge and good. But the water pressure of our shower is very low, so it is not comfortable to take a shower. The tap water of the wash basin is always very hot. You can refill drinking water for free downstairs, just bring a water bottle. The location is also very good. Various subway lines are nearby, and it is also very convenient to walk to Printemps department store.

The hotel is in a very good location, within a 10-minute walk from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The front desk staff speaks very good English and has a positive attitude, so there is no need to worry about communication issues. Christmas is approaching and the lobby has a Christmas atmosphere. Recommended!

The hotel is gorgeous, cozy, clean, homey! Peace and quiet, excellent beds, linen, cleaning! Modern interior! We were satisfied!

Chic cozy hotel , clean room . Location was near the metro around 5-8mins walk . There’s a small carrefour near by just few shops away from the hotel .

The location is perfect and the service is great. The point is that the train hub subway station bus is very close within two minutes' walk, and I will stay here next time I come to Paris.

It is the first time for overseas students in the UK to travel to France. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The lady at the bar is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very rich. I tasted authentic croissants.
