I don't really like the environment and layout of this hotel. There is no table except the coffee table in the room, and there is no place to put luggage. The toilet and bath are separated. The toilet is next to the entrance door. It is a sliding door but there is a gap. The shower curtain can only be separated from the bed and cannot be completely private. If someone walks from the bed to the door to use the toilet, they can see you taking a shower. There was no place to put clothes in the shower, so I moved a small stool beside the bed to put them there. The windows and doors can be opened and the head can be stretched out, but it is not a balcony. I don't know how the air conditioner in the room works. It's very cold as soon as it is turned on, and it doesn't work even if it is turned down. It happened to rain that night and it was a bit cool, and it was quite boring without driving.
Breakfast was average. There was a clerk who was very friendly but didn't understand English very well. There are not many choices to eat, basically just croissants, Danish bread and some yogurt. Might as well go out to eat.
For the price in the center of Paris, this is probably the price. I don't want to stay here again.
However, the subway is not far away. There are also Love supermarkets and some fruit breakfast restaurants nearby. I heard that it is a residential area. There is a Vietnamese noodle shop not far away that is open late. Although the store is small, the waiter can speak Chinese, English and French. You can dine in or take away. If you are staying here, you can try it.

I couldn't find it at first because there was only the name of the hotel printed on the wall; the most obvious sign is the tall yellow flag. Once you see it, you're there. The hotel is very close to the subway station, just 1-2 minutes walk. There are a lot of places to eat and Chinese fast food restaurants nearby.
I can't find a photo of the room, but it's generally quite big. It was probably just renovated in July, so the smell is a bit strong.
PS. If you like to drink hot water, remember to buy a travel kettle, which can be boiled for drinking... French hotels rarely have kettles for boiling hot water.

NICE Hotel! Pretty close to principal attractions however my room was a little bit tiny but cosy, there was just a little wc, definitely acceptable. Staff was nice and helpful! The hotel location is a must basically you can walk in about 30 minutes everywhere! Breakfast was with not a lot of choice but good; hotel average priced!!!

Cosy little hotel with very friendly staff.
Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations, which we were not informed about in advance.
This meant that we were woken up every day, even at the weekend, with noise from the renovation.
One can only hope that the renovation involves a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, as the rooms do not allow privacy when using the bathroom.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with this hotel..we booked a room for 2 nights with ***********..our flight was cancelled the night before the departure..so we can't be there..we asked to Yann and the staff to change our reservation with different dates but they answered NO for everything and hold back our money, the full amount!! It would be nice to be flexible even if you pay in advance with non refundable date

Room layout and furnishings unfortunately differed considerably from photos, was very loud both at check-in and especially the next morning when trying to sleep in on a Sunday. Room was supposed to have slippers. Front desk informed me upon asking that only the cabin has them. No tea or tea kettle in room. Was given some tea upon asking but told to use the Nespresso machine for hot water. Unfortunately the water that came out was brown, with lots of black specks, presumably from the buildup of coffee pods. Heating kept auto turning off when the temp hit 20 degrees. Sink water pressure is too high for the little water glasses so it shot everywhere. Shower leaks. While I appreciate the wheel upon check-in for a "free item" I won a glass of wine and am quite sick so can't drink at the moment. Would have been a nice gesture when I asked if I could swap it out for something else, like breakfast given the circumstances, to make a one-time exception. Also, the emails around check-in are ill-timed. I received my checkin email after I’d already checked out. Pillows are all wrong — one is too thin and the other too bloated. Really uncomfortable to sleep on.
What I liked: friendly staff, quality of the towels. House toiletries. The manager responded timely to my feedback but unfortunately missed the points and acted as if I wasn’t clear as to the room type I’d booked when I’m actually quite clear.
