Hotel Clemence

We found this hotel poorly maintained: many things were damaged in our room. The bathroom is a real problem, with the toilet integrated into the shower (!!!). It's the first time we've ever seen that in a hotel of this category! It's certainly not hygienic... The hotel is probably poorly soundproofed and unfortunately noisy (I can tell you what time my neighbor used his electric toothbrush (or razor) in the morning...). The kettle would be handy if it had a plug (there are no outlets nearby, so you have to put it on the floor to plug it in under the desk)... In short... All this for a price we found high, even for this neighborhood (which we know well). In the end, very disappointing value for money. Fortunately, the reception staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Hotel located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Ternes metro station. Not suitable for people with disabilities, as the reception is on the first floor, which is accessed by stairs. The elevator only goes from the 1st to the 5th floor, and there is a 6th floor also accessible by stairs. Very friendly staff and a very quiet room, although somewhat cramped. However, for its usual purpose (sleeping and a shower), it's fine. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it, but there are several places nearby where you can have breakfast.

Boasting an excellent location, this hotel seems to have undergone a recent and careful renovation. The rooms are spacious, carefully and simply decorated and above all very comfortable. The bedding is of excellent quality indeed. The external soundproofing is very good, but could be improved in relation to the corridors perhaps. The common areas are well laid out. All that remains is to discover the breakfast service which is not available at the moment. Very good value for money even if these may be introductory prices
