Room: We booked a room with a balcony, and the overall environment was really good 👍 The room size is probably decent for Paris, and it also has kitchen facilities. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic. When you first walk in, it's actually a restaurant, and it just gives off that perfect Parisian holiday vibe. Service: The staff were very welcoming and even let us check in early! If you need to do laundry, you can ask the front desk for a laundry pod. The only downsides were: 1. The bathroom trash can hadn't been emptied when we first arrived, which felt like an oversight. 2. The only trash can in the entire room was a small one under the kitchen counter.

The environment is quite nice, but the service is a disaster! I bought some food and drinks and put them in the fridge when I checked in, but half of them were gone the next day. When I asked the hotel, they said they hadn't even cleaned the room. They hadn't cleaned it, just came to change the towels, and somehow my food disappeared. After Ctrip helped me communicate with them, the hotel manager even told me to go down and talk to them myself. In China, hotels would have already brought fruit to apologize! However, Ctrip's service is really good! It's just that I feel helpless with these Europeans' way of thinking, it's baffling! For example, they started vacuuming before breakfast was even over...

The air conditioning in the room was strong and kept the room cool. The location is excellent, the front desk service was good, and the hotel itself is beautiful. My only complaint is that there was no trash can or tissues in the room.

I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Paris. It's incredibly convenient, and I've become quite familiar with Metro Line 7. The station is right at Place Monge, and in the mornings, you can grab fresh fruit and milk from the market there. There's also a large pharmacy right by the station with Chinese-speaking staff, making tax refunds super easy and convenient.

The hotel was excellent, and the service was great too. They gave us lots of helpful tips for getting around. It's really close to a metro station, and the Paris metro is super convenient, clean, and safe, much better than I expected. The only downside is that you often have to climb stairs.

I stayed at this hotel for quite a few days, maybe over ten. It's actually one of the filming locations for 'Emily in Paris.' The ambiance and aesthetic are truly impeccable – it's that distinctly elegant, old-money style with a modern, design-forward architectural integration that feels very unique and stylish. However, and I'll be honest, the service here is virtually non-existent. The staff act like they're doing you a favor. Often, the front desk is unstaffed, or there's only one person working while a long line of guests waits. Then there's no room service – I mean, *any* room service. It's incredibly inconvenient; to what extent? You actually have to go to the front desk yourself to get fresh towels, toiletries, and so on. The rooms do have cooking facilities, with a full array of kitchen tools like pots, pans, and spatulas. This part is very well-equipped (though I personally didn't need it). There's one unique aspect that I found quite cool: all the water for flushing the toilets comes from rainwater, which is very eco-friendly. Finally, I have to complain about something truly outrageous. In the last few days of my stay, after I had changed floors and rooms, a Black man from the hotel suddenly opened my room door one afternoon. He didn't knock or ask; he just kept trying to open my door. After I loudly questioned who it was, there was silence. About half an hour or an hour later, he tried to open my door again. This went on for several attempts. I was terrified. Eventually, he actually managed to open my door. Seeing a burly Black man open my door scared me half to death. I demanded he leave. I immediately contacted Trip.com, who then contacted the hotel. The hotel didn't respond for several hours, then dragged it out day after day. I decided to check out immediately, because everything else was fine, but this was truly alarming.

The location is in a very safe area, within walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre. It's also very convenient for ordering takeout, and Carrefour is just a five-minute walk away, making it a great spot for everyday living. One of the guys at the front desk was very chatty and friendly.
