Location is unbeatable. If you are doing a lot of town hopping, it’s 5 mins away from the train station. The hotel isn’t exactly a what you would expect for a 4 star (if yiure from Asia and have higher expectations), but owner and staff are friendly. Rooms was cozy and nice. During our stay, the dispensers were broken, heater was down, the alarm went off in the middle of the night. They did their best to fix all of these immediately.

A new apartment style hotel with a walking distance (around 10mins) from metros. Room is big. Free luggage storage before check in 💯. If you’re holding a large or heavy luggage and heading to the Gare de Lyon from the hotel, taking bus 29 would be recommended. Just two stops and it would make your day easier.

10 mins from Gare de Lyon or metro lines with supermarket next door. The small kitchen is a credit.

Nice place, great service. Abit far from the tourist attractions, but it's worth the stay.

The studio room was spacious for two and the kitchen was sufficient to cook simple breakfast meals. Room cleaning was done well, feedback here is for house keeping to check the soap liquids and refill as we had to make housekeeping calls to refill hand wash and body wash. We had a long stay and noticed they don’t change the sheets at each cleaning, only sometimes. If they are keeping eco, would be great to have a note for guest to indicate which days the sheets should be changed so the days are averaged out. Guests have access to washer and dryer in lobby but need to download app to pay and use.

The hotel is really at good location if you are looking for a place near Gare de Lyon, walk about 10 mins to arrive at the station. However, not convenient to travel to city central. The hotel is really new and amenities are very good, the bed was comfortable. Services varies, some staff are good but some is just soso.

Walking distance with 10-15 mins to gare de Lyon station or other metro stations. There are lots of restaurants nearby with walking distance. Friendly remind that need to request for tower and toilet paper as per staff mentioned. They would tidy up the room for staying over 3 nights only. There is supermarket next to hotel which is convenient. If not request hotel service, it is value for money as the room rate is lower. New hotel with new facilities, many restaurants nearby.

I was looking for accommodation near Paris Lyon Station for travel. Although it is a bit far from the station, there is a Metro Line 8 station nearby, so it was fine. The room was spacious, and having simple cooking utensils was convenient. The staff were also friendly, which was great. Thanks to you, I had a good rest.

The kitchen utensils were filthy, a complete disaster! I got up early to cook something, and spent half an hour washing pots, pans, dishes, spoons, and forks, but nothing came off. The pot lids were missing!! I didn't even finish my meal and almost missed the train station! I spent 2000 euros to come all the way to Paris just to have the hotel clean its dishes – unbelievable! The kitchen system, I don't know if it's the drainage system, would suddenly malfunction and make a huge, loud thud in the middle of the night. I heard it three times during my one-night stay! I didn't sleep well at all! I strongly advise against this!

The room price is moderate, there is a French restaurant and a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and most importantly, there is a supermarket, which is very convenient.

I stayed here for the last 4 nights of my 22-night trip around Europe. The location is about 1km walk from Gare de Lyon. It was a tough distance to walk while rolling a suitcase. However, RER1 (and 4) stops at Gare de Lyon, so it is a direct line to Disneyland Paris. You can also transfer to RER2 at Shattret station, one stop away, to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Gare de Nord, where trains arrive from Europe north of Paris. The 1st and 2nd platforms are opposite each other, so it was very easy to transfer. There is a supermarket next door (Lidi), but the selection is not that good, and the opening hours are short, from 9am to 8:30pm, so I often used Monoprix (open until 11pm) near Place de la Bastille, one stop away. The facilities are clean, but there are no knives in the room (even though there is a cutting board!) so it was a great idea to bring one with me. The stove and the pots provided were convenient for cooking. There was only a shower, no bathtub. But even though it was an apartment hotel, cleaning was done every day. I was grateful for that. The receptionists were all black, but they were very friendly and polite. They kindly lent me a scale to check the weight of my suitcase before my return flight, and came to my room to help me when I couldn't unlock the stove. There seems to be a breakfast venue, but I didn't use it. But they bake bread from 4am, and it looked delicious. I think it's also a big plus that you can get as much water as you want from the water purifier in the lobby. I had a fun stay.

I really liked this hotel; it was great except for being a bit far from the station. They even had drinks available on the first floor. Several rooms had windows that could be opened, which was very convenient. There were also supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

It's very far and not close to the metro station; it takes more than 15 minutes to walk.

As an apartment, the whole room is not big, only 20 square meters. But the bathroom is not small and comfortable. The small kitchen can cook food, but no seasoning is provided. There are too few hangers and too few countertops to put things. It is more than 10 minutes walk from the subway station of each line. Free ice water and soda are provided, which is very convenient.
