Hotel Mercure Paris Suresnes Longchamp

La Defense
Early in the morning on the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available. Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned / not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the Mercure chain.

Spacious and clean:) Everything you need, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, etc. There is an iron in the room. Please note that this address does not indicate that it is located in Courbevoie. We were wrong because Paris has the same street.
Molitor Hotel & Spa Paris MGallery Collection

The hotel has a long history and is next to the stadium with a large swimming pool inside. The rooms are novel in design, complete in facilities, clean and sanitary, and the area is relatively large. The front desk staff had a good attitude, took the initiative to take the luggage and helped to call the taxi.

A new hotel with good value for money and service. The decoration is definitely a bright spot. Even the well-informed boss feels very surprised. The ground floor is the restaurant and the bar. The first floor is the lobby. The service staff are very nice. There is a 5th floor. Rooftop restaurant can see the Eiffel Tower

The location is very good, a minute from the subway, a walk to the tower, the subway station. The hotel is not big, but the whole is very quiet, the room is clean and tidy, the room I booked after going to the door and going up the stairs feels very interesting, the big bed is very comfortable, the bathroom style is very good overall. Surrounded by traditional safe and wealthy areas, there are also second-hand luxury stores nearby, proving the living standards of nearby residents.

French romance, hospitality staff, bathing supplies are all Guerlain, including the spa. The room is large, dry and wet. The restaurant is very good, the best dress is for dinner, otherwise there will be a situation where the waiter is dressed more than you. The breakfast quality is very high.
