Courtyard by Marriott Paris Charles de Gaulle Central Airport

Roissy-en-France|0.15km from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport
After reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about this new hotel. However, it obvious the Manager has read the reviews and taken control of the issues. I took the train to CDG and was only going to have one day in Paris before my flight home. I decided to stay near the airport and go into Paris by RER for the day. This was the perfect hotel! When I arrived at CDG, I got my luggage and took the CDGVal shuttle to Parking PR, a 5 minute or less ride and leaves the airport every 3 minutes. When I exited the shuttle, it was a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel. You can't miss it. It's a big RED and ORANGE building. It's connected to the Residence Inn. When you get to the Residence Inn, just walk past and the Courtyard entrance is immediately there. There are signs and the navigation on my phone also worked perfectly. I had checked in online and indicated I would arrive at 11:30 am. I expected to store my luggage at the hotel but to my surprise, the front desk staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and said they had my room ready. I received my keys, dropped my luggage, freshened up and took the CDGVal back to Terminal 2 to catch the RER to Paris. I spend the day and had dinner in Paris. I returned to the hotel around 11:00 pm to again be welcomed to the hotel. It was by far best hotel staff I encountered on this trip. The next morning, I only needed to drop by key to check out. I had a 9:00 am flight and left my room at 6:00 am. I was at the airport by 6:15 and had checked my luggage and cleared immigration and security by 7:15. Duty Free had not even opened. When only passing through CDG for flights, I would no hesitate to stay here again. I only saw one issue and it was very minor. The carpets were not firm in the hall way so it was hard to pull my luggage with wheels.

St Christopher's Inn Paris - Canal

A perfect place to stay when you travel alone. Cheap, clean, safe. It seems like there is a lot of other ”alone travelers” here. Its also a resturant with a nice place to sit outside nearby the river. It seems like a social, relaxed place, but also a place where you perfektly can sit alone. Really liked this place! Recomenned! The staff is also very helpful, and gives good service. And ofc: Its Paris! I love Paris.

Convenient transportation, not far from the subway, the hotel environment is good, not the kind of old street, although there are more black people, but it seems to be the person who lives at home. The hotel rooms are small but meet the needs. The exit of the subway station is the Chinese restaurant ”Xinwang Building”, which is worth recommending

Very nice location. Large clean rooms. Very pleasant and professional staff. The breakfast was very good. One point to add is airport shuttle pick up and drop off. It is located at a single place at the airport, so you have to get there for pickup before the last shuttle pickup and find a way to get to you correct terminal after drop off. My wife uses wheelchair assistance in the airport, so we wish we had known this so we would have just planned on a taxi ride.
The ReMIX Hotel

The ReMix hotel is something special to experience when visiting Paris. If you like retro 80s synthwave style you will absolutely love this hotel. It's a throwback to all the good things back in the 80s/90s done in a stylish modern style. The rooms are small yet functional for sleeping and cleaning yourself, although I did spend some time working in the room when I was not out exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when it came to any inquiries and even though my French was extremely limited they always helped me in perfect English. There was one staff member, the receptionist Nezam that I would like to single out and nominate for a promotion. Being a former tour guide in Paris, he was the perfect person to get acquainted with to learn which parts of Paris are the best to visit and also to learn how to navigate public transport. Concerning the location of the ReMix hotel, it's right next to one of the many metro stations which gives you easy access to most parts of the city. There are a couple of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance and the area seemed safe to even walk at night. Food-wise the buffet breakfast that you can get in the food hall is excellent and you can eat enough to last you until the evening. From croissants, baguettes, pain au chocolate, flap jacks, eggs, bacon, meats, cheeses, yogurts, juices, coffee, cerials and more, there's pretty eveything you could want for breakfast. Overall, the visit to the ReMix hotel was an absolute delight and I wouldn't think twice about staying there again when visiting Paris hopefully in the near future. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone that likes something different from the bland hotel experience.
Hilton Garden Inn Paris la Villette

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn. Very new hotel, incredibly clean and very closely located to a metro station. The hotel was very spacious for a hotel in Paris, bed was comforable and shower was incredible. I highly recommend a stay at the Hilton inn. I would mention that it is on the outskirts of Paris but the close metro links mean you can be in the heart of Paris within 20 mins. Breakfast is good too. Only thing I would say is the bedding/towels gets changed every 3 days unless you specifically ask. But for the price, I think it's the best you can get in Paris.

Our booking We had a family room for 4 persons on the sixth floor in the first week of January 2023. We wanted a four person room for my, my wife and 2 daughters with a a bedsofa, which is difficult to find in Paris. This hotels could meet this requirement. Arrival When we arrived, the check-in went quick, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Dear hotel management, do realize that this is one of the best assets of this hotel. The first thing that my wife spotted, one second after entering the room, was a huge long black hair next to the sink in the bath room. In addition, the kettle for tea, which we like to use, was missing. When I contacted the reception about this, within 5 minutes, we got the offer to move to another room on the same floor, which we did. Other room The room looked very similar, with bed that seem small for us, old fashioned and run down carpet, but clean and spacious and enough sockets to charge the devices. The breakfast was ok, and again especially the staff employees were very helpful and friendly. temperature the room was feeling much too hot and the air treatment system did not work at all for the entire 3 days stay. I slept bad because of this. Breakfast time communication There was some confusion about the end time of breakfast: we heard 10.30 am upon arrival and the next day, at 10 am, the service got shut down. One fellow started to take away the utensils. The more service orientated French/English and Spanish speaking Maroccan lady was so kind to resolve the issue. Thank you. Parking service This is very convenient and the receptionist helped us explaining the best option; pay per hour or by day. We paid 40 euro for 2 days.
