Novotel Paris 17

The hotel must be booked by car, it is too far from the subway station, the night road on the return trip is a little disturbed, after all, the local is hard to say. This is insufficient environmental hardware. But there is a leclerc supermarket across the street, full of temporary needs. Staying enthusiastic, just have to wait for a while. The rooms are not large or small, and the design is consistent with the style of Accor N stores, which are more used to it. The price / performance ratio may not be expensive due to the location, far from the city center, and all attractions and traffic points. But it takes time to travel. The equipment is not too old in other respects, and it is acceptable to stay. The air is also okay, the view is on the side of the main road, which is relatively wide, but the building is irregular, so the rooms have different sizes. See the purpose of the line. On the way, I encountered locals to show the way, so I didn't take too many wrong paths. Breakfast is also consistent, bread is unique to France, but drinks are not fresh and fruits are average. The coffee is average, but the new kusmi has a lot of tea. There is no automatic coffee machine in the room, but I got a bottle of Evian.

This was our second stay in Paris at a Mercure Hotel, and the 1st one at this location. Close access to metro, taxi station and convenience of a great bakery and a supermarket. 5-7 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe and the popular The Avenue des Champs-Elysée. An extremely clean facility with very professional, pleasant, and hospitable staff. To make the long story short, we had to get out of our reservations with another hotel due to false advertisement and needed to get a place to stay, literally at the last minute. Monsieur Laurent, was the kind gentleman at the front desk at Mercure who patiently and kindly helped us with our reservation and got us into the last available suite they had and took a great care of us. From that point on, every staff member from housekeeping to the dining area as well as the other front desk staff at various shifts, followed suite with genuine kindness, hospitality and care. They literally saved our trip from turning into a disaster because of our original travel package hotel reservation! The room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pullout sofa, perfect temperature with a very comfortable shower system. The balcony was the cherry on the cake; we had the view of the streets and rooftops of Paris, just like what you see in the movies. Quiet and peaceful, not noisy. The breakfast area was extremely clean and the service was superb. The breakfast line up was very well rounded with fresh breads, croissants, variety cheeses, juices, coffees, and of course eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as variety of cold cuts, fruits and jams; everything was always fresh with the best presentation. Safe area with a ton of places to shop. My family and I will most definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it to all.

Please be aware when booking this property! Coming from someone that is in the Hospitality industry! This hotel has so much potential but its killing it with its service and facilities. Starting from the location, the property its located in a quiet are and super easy access with 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and this might be the best part about the hotel! Don't bother booking the stay with breakfast there are plenty of restaurants offering brunch for cheaper and better quality, there were never eggs, sausages and so on everything was always empty and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. Even one day when we were having breakfast we had to leave because of an issue with the alarm it was impossible to stay in the restaurant (which is the reception) even in the room it was impossible to stay. Due to the location the hotel is very small for the amount of guests they are receiving so be aware that the check-in and check-out might have a huge line because its so small the are that people don't have space with all the bags. The rooms are very small and when we first arrived we had to request to change it, it was impossible to breath they were nice to change to the street side since we were facing on the previous room a white dirty wall. The new room was more spacious and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service is terrible! You have 2 people which the name I can't remember that work in the reception that are very helpful and nice but the rest its terrible! Housekeeping is super loud during the morning! The people serving during breakfast are constantly eating, drinking coffee and making loud sounds with cutlery while we are eating! The chef takes time to cook it's a mess! The property has so much potential that is sad to see that they don't use their potential. I must say it is disappointing to pay $620 for 3 nights and have to go through this...The pool is paid so you are not using it unless you pay.

Beautiful and exquisite small hotel, the store decoration is very careful, and the management is also very careful. Recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Paris. I booked two hotels in Paris for three days. The prices of the two hotels are similar, but the staying experience is too different. This one is very good, and the other one is quite unpleasant and even scary.
