Very quiet and spacious room with big comfortable bed. Upon check-in we could not connect our tv with Netflix and tried 5 times to call reception with no answer. As we were on the 1st floor I just walked down to inform reception and within 15 minutes someone came up to fix it. Even though it was the coldest weekend our rooms were lovely and warm. Breakfast was simple but very fresh and tasty pastries, amazing bread an good coffee. We have to commend our favourite member of staff Laurent who was very helpful and friendly. Every morning he welcomed us with a big smile whilst we taught him some Greek words and we were sad we didn't get a chance to say goodbye on our final morning. Lastly we were pleased to explore Montemarte area realising that the hotel was actually in a beautiful area with breath taking views. Highly recommend this hotel if you love the montemarte region as much as we did.

I stayed in the XL room, which was decent. Clean and sizeable. Perhaps the only things to note are that the air conditioning is not strong and the mattress is spongey and pretty soft (it was ok for me, but probably not for everyone). The problem with this hotel is its unreliability. I left two pieces of branded clothing in the wardrobe upon checking out. I remembered this on the plane home and quickly dropped the hotel an email (as i was going to take off soon). After landing, i didn’t receive a reply so I called the hotel and a staff named Hoa said she’d check and get back to me via email. Half a day later, I did not get a reply and called again and this time, Antonio (guessing he’s the manager) asked me to forward the email to him directly so he can see to it (does he not check the general inbox?). After yet another day, i’m told that the cleaning staff did not find anything in the room. Which is 100% impossible because i know for a fact that i had left it in the wardrobe. So obviously, either the cleaning staff or the hotel’s other staff had stolen them. I replied asking them to check again because I was certain it was left there, and thereafter followed up a second time after not receiving. It has been three days since they replied me the first time (a week since my first ever email) and i have not received any reply - either from Antonio or the general email. It has been super frustrating and disappointing. Clearly they do not care enough and are probably just planning to avoid me until i give up. Aside from this experience that has left a very bitter taste, i came across other guests on two occasions that made me realise that this is a very unreliable hotel. 1) a guest told me she had changed room twice as the aircon was not working (there was a heatwave in Paris) and it was so unbearable that she had to leave the hotel because they could not offer her another room. She was understandably very angered by the whole experience. 2) two guests were charged twice for their room. One paid online before arriving and the other was told by the hotel staff upon check in that payment was required (they didn’t realise the other had paid). All in all, i would say to avoid this hotel because you will not be able to rely on or trust this hotel. There are much better hotels in the area for a similar price. Also, from experience, don’t hope for an early check in - the staff probably won’t bother much to try to help you too.

ResidHotel is the best aparthotel stay my family has had. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt like our family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. Our balcony view was so peaceful. The rooms have air conditioning, which was extremely important on the hot August days this trip. The location is in the 17th arrondissement and was the best location we could have asked for. It is near enough to the the Arc de Triomphe to walk, but far enough away to not be in a tourist area. Plan a late evening to walk to the Seine river for a Bateaux Mouche boat tour. The metro lines 2 & 3 were our primary mode of transportation and are walking distance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and department stores(FNAC, Monoprix, Carrefour, etc.) nearby. We had a café crème every morning at a different cafe each time. The fruit market on Rue Poncelet had the freshest fruits ever. There is a wholistic food store called Naturalia nearby, which has bio and international foods you can use in your kitchen at ResidHotel. There is a laundromat right around the corner if you want to do your laundry yourself. The ResidHotel will have you feeling like a Parisian, even if only for the length of your vacation! Merci beaucoup ResidHotel family. Merci beaucoup Paris! Bon voyages! *bisous bisous*
