The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but I don't know where to wait for the bus at the airport. I asked for a long time, but I was not the driver and didn't know! I arrived at the airport at around 9pm. I waited for several hours but there was no car. Finally, I took a taxi to the hotel. It was already early morning when I arrived at the hotel. I checked in and the power went out while I was washing. I waited for an hour to change rooms. I was moved to the last room on the underground first floor. There was no service. I picked up my luggage in a mess and went to the underground first floor. I went to the IBS next door at around 4am to catch the shuttle bus to the airport! That's it, it was so embarrassing!

Very close to the airport, you can take the shuttle bus and light rail T7. You can also take T7 to many places to eat. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but there are many police officers living in the hotel, which makes it feel very safe.

Excellent service, even in the early hours of the morning. The hotel is located close to Orly airport and for this purpose, it fulfills its function very well. Nothing to complain about. We would stay there again, given the need to use the airport.

The service is very good, but the room is a bit small, but the rooms in Paris are like this. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, which is quite convenient. It is about 5 minutes away from the subway station. The main thing is that the front desk service is very enthusiastic, which covers up other shortcomings

Beautiful front of the hotel 🥰
The reception and the common area are very friendly and cocooning 🥰
We had a clean bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom.
Airport shuttle (4h30) on time and quick trip so convenient 👍🏼
To be redone for a stay for departure or arrival from the airport 😎

09-09 There are better Mercure hotels in the Rungis area for foreigners on business. Service in the restaurant is non-existent! I arrived to the restaurant for dinner at 8:00pm, it was already quite full with hotel guest on business. In French, I asked Waiter #1 for a table for one as I was alone. He looked around and I could see that there were only tables for 4 and 8 available. All of the 2 top tables were taken. He asked me to sit at the bar to wait for a table to become available. I was not happy about this but went over to the bar to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting, I realized that he was on his own with one other waiter #2 and they were both running around furiously to keep up. I approached waited #1 again and asked if I could sit down at an empty table closer to the reception area, he said it was okay but that I would have to flag down his colleague who was responsible for tables closer to the bar. It took 20 minutes to get his attention and finally place an order but only after I got up and went to the bar to place my order. I ordered a salmon which the menu failed to describe properly. I thought I was getting a grilled Salmon on a bed of sauteed vegetables, instead it came in a pool of oil and soggy vegetables AND contained Aubergines which I am allergic to. When I went to the bar to complain to Waiter #2, he just acted like he couldn't be bothered. He told me that was dish and that's what I ordered ! But the description was simply inaccurate. The worst part of my experience outside of paying 14 euros for a dish that I partially ate is that I spent another 45 mins. thereafter with NO ONE coming to ask me if I needed anything or to even offer me a drink for the lack of service. Both waiters spent the whole time running to keep up with the dining area. I had to go to reception to ask for the check and told them that I refused to wait any longer! It would have been more appropriate to simply go back to my room when no one showed up. 2 waiters for 40ß50 customers in one shot is a JOKE!!

Classed as a Mercure but more like the cheapest Ibis you can get. Tiny rooms! No staff attention for check in or check out. Ludicrously expensive parking even tho you have already paid to stay there. Modern but no wonder it’s empty - there are plenty of better ones around.

Modern hotel, with excellent conditions, very close to the airport. Good breakfast with extended opening hours for those who travel early in the morning. The only thing we didn't like was the high price of the car park, perhaps because there are no parking options near the hotel. Furthermore, if you arrive later, you will most likely have to park on the sidewalk or in the garden, as there are not enough parking spaces.

This is an ideal overnight stop/stay from Orly. Walk to terminal 4, follow the 7 signs to tram 7. Take Tram 7 for 2 stops from terminal 4, the tram stop in front of the hotel. Big lobby with friendly staff. well equipped room and great breakfast buffet.

• When you spend more than $200 and their so-called shuttle is not available. Two hours at airport waiting at what you hope is the correct stop. • Calling 16x times only to have the same voice mail saying they can’t answer the phone-this is not a B&B room, this is part of a major chain that I have used for over 30 years….what’s going on? • Get to the hotel 10 min after their last orders for ‘convenience food’ to be told by reception to go beg to the restaurant to see if they can do something for you…..of course they cant. Don’t worry sir, use Uber Eats!. Surely at $200/night they should be arranging that? * BTW-if you ahvengt got the right card-after midnight its cash only at the bar, while you dine on peanuts • Anyhow-read the small print carefully and be prepared to have a developing world experience at Orly airport between Accor Hotels lack of service and no clear directions to the hotel. They say you can get a tram…..but of course that’s never clear and either you need a compass or luck…..certainly for over $200 they will make you walk, their navettes are invisible and their front desk couldn’t give two hoots!!!

Lovely hotel. We booked this as it was easy access to the airport after a busy few days in Disney. Hotel is modern and clean. We ate in the restaurant too at night and we’re really impressed with the food. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and welcoming. Would recommend

Me and the two kiddies came here to sight see Paris. We arrived late Saturday evening and enjoyed having a game of pool with a refreshing French bet served by the lovely Pierre. The kids were blown away with how'cool' the shower was. The beds are super comfy. We thought the place was posh, the stag were all really really lovely!! Most of them spoke English, enough for us to know what we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, enough to keep us going until later in the day. The kids loved the bean bags and played on the piano and ran around outside. The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel to it. Even thou it is fairly far from the centre of Paris, I would definition recommend. As its not far from the airport. And there's a free shuttle bus in the mornings and evening departures/arrivals. The public transport is amazing. I used Google maps which told me everything I needed to. Thank you to all the staff for your welcoming, kind and hospitality 🥰

Rooms were not ready by 6pm, we got the wrong rooms, meals were wrong / no urgency to solve issues, overall a nice facility, close to the airport, but the service was really poor - staff feels unprepared for guests.
