Kaseldorzhostel Transient at Moonwalk Paranaque

They don't even know what building I'm in when I rate them, no one is there, I don't know where I'm actually going because there are so many buildings, I'm wasting my money, they still don't answer my calls and emails, I emailed them but still no reply, they just reject them, it's the worst, I booked 2 nights, I paid for it, then I had to pay for a taxi to the area, it's so disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them repeatedly, they couldn't call me, I chatted, they didn't reply, I emailed them, they rejected me, they informed me that I would be able to rate them in the morning, they just took the money but they are very responsible,

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much, even if it was just for one day.

It's okay, but I hope the staff knows how to clean and doesn't get lazy and knows how to help.
