Nice Lobby. Celebrating our 5th anniversary at Bayprime hotel. Accommodating Staff and guards. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. No bathrobes and disposable slippers, but its fine.

I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I chose to book this hotel again primarily because of its convenient location near my travel site. However, I believe the pool services could be improved by ensuring that towels are readily available to guests. On my final day, I received a call from reception at approximately 11:30 a.m. Since I was not expecting any calls, I did not answer. A second call followed at 11:45 a.m., which I then answered. The purpose of the call was to provide an “early reminder for checkout.” While this initiative may be considered a courteous gesture, it would be more appropriate if such reminders were offered only to guests who have opted in to receive them. Otherwise, a reminder call placed after 12:00 p.m. would serve its intended purpose more effectively, as it would then address overdue checkouts.

The room was pretty good. The price is standard for the capital of the Philippines. There were quite a few Chinese people there. The main highlight was the TV; the shows were great.

They assist you with a smile and are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The ambience, food, and room are all spotless..

The front desk was incredibly unhelpful. My friend tried to check in early for me, and they made it difficult, saying I'd get the room key directly when I arrived. But when I got there, I had to go through the whole check-in process again and waited a long time. Also, the air conditioner in room 817 was leaking, and I almost slipped.

Clean, well-maintained, strategic location to key areas like airport, malls and offices.

Bay Prime Hotel was affordable and comfortable. The large pool was a nice bonus! The room was clean, but there was blood on the sheets so I called and they changed them immediately.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, and there were security guards who opened the doors for guests entering and exiting. The room was spacious and smelled lovely. It's close to the airport, only about a 10-minute ride by ride-sharing app. It's also super convenient for SM Mall, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The breakfast the next day was fantastic and had a great variety, especially suitable for Chinese guests, with items like siu mai, braised chicken feet, and congee. The food tasted really good.

The cleanliness is excellent. We are also satisfied on the variety of their breakfast buffet. We will definitely coming back! :)

Amenities ate great however they only provide strictly 2 towels per room so if you have a child you will have to share. Also, there's a fly and mosquito inside my hotel room. Overall i had a pleasant stay but I didn't felt that the whole place is clean due to a fly inside a hotel room.

We booked five rooms for two nights to celebrate a birthday at this property. Unfortunately, two of the rooms had air conditioning issues. Regarding amenities, they provide two complimentary water bottles per day, but you have to pay for any additional bottles thereafter; I highly recommend buying your own water before arriving. Additionally, the swimming pool area does not provide pool towels. You have to use your room towel, which leaves it soaking wet for later use. While you can ask housekeeping for a replacement, it's an unnecessary hassle. None of this was explained during check-in. You have to constantly ask the front desk or staff for basic information. It would be much better if they explained these details upfront so guests know what to expect. Luckily food is good

First time on this hotel. Great location very near to manila airport. And if you have interview on your Japan visa, just across the road parquel mall where JAPAN VISA CENTRE located and also extension of US Embassy in parquel mall as well. Reasonable price payed ₱4,900 plus for 2 adults and 1 child for 1 night only.

We had an amazing stay. If you are looking for a place near nuwa and city or dreams few walks away and not crowded Bayprime can be an option. Many breakfast choices Lunch and Dinner in their cafe are also priced reasonably. There's a convenience store downstairs and across the street 7/11 is available. Parking is free. Overall it's 10/10 for me and we will definitely comeback. The only issue is that you can smell too much chlorine sa pool.
