the service is so good, i like the recepcionist are. And the waitress are so kind. The housekeeping is so helpful abt how i need shower kit, thx for that experience i so love u are guyss thank so much. I like the waitrss name "citra" she so kind loveeee

overall the stay was amazing. 1. The bedroom is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped 2. The staffs are amazing. staff during kids activity & sahoor are amazing 3. Warm hospitality and good service 4. Location has great view from room, breathtaking in the day and night

, especially support programs for children which change topics every week. My suggestion is to maintain children's activities because not all hotels have this program. We are very satisfied with Hotel Horison Ultima Entrop. And the option to relax with family is maintained and improved.

Nice place.. The room hotel was excellent, very clean, and so comfortable.. The Romantic dinner so was unforgettable.. Really recomended w/ families n friends.. ... Untuk view di sky360 sangat bagus, dan dekor untuk romantic dinner nya.

The view at night is so beautiful, the food in the sky360 restaurant are so delicious and also i love the live music.. this hotel its so kids friendly because there's kids activity at the pool just like decorating pancake and its so fun and my kids love it. All the staff are helpfull.. I'll comeback for sure
