Great location for those who want to be close to the shopping center and Alona beach.

Last minute booking. The room was ok, nothing notable or special. But the air condition definitely needs some cleaning.

They overbooked rooms so I had to stay in an empty dorm building with a bunch of old bunk beds. The room had bad wifi. They always forgot to serve breakfast. They lost a t-shirt of mine. Their phone service was extremely slow, took days to respond.

We booked a standard room but the moment we got there, they said that the system got an issue which we understand so they instead gave us the dormitory room. The moment we came there, the bathroom has some hair on the shower drain. And the soap and shower gel are clearly reused. It’s not very clean. We are so dissapointed.

Sobrang okay yung room sobrag sulit

Unbearably low-quality hotel and not worth the price. I couldn't stay more than 1 night before I found somewhere else. The room was full of mosquitos and the aircon very noisy. There's a loud trashy nightclub across the street which ruins the atmosphere. And there was no running water, so couldn't use shower or flush the toilet. They checked me in, promising that the water would come back by the next morning. The evening of the next day, still no water. Unbelievable. A poor excuse for a business.

We have bad experience in this hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was old, the air conditioner was old and noisy, so we had to borrow a fan to use.
