I could not stay due to an extreme weather event. Schools were canceled. I asked for a refund and so far have been denied.

The Ramada is a filthy dirty hotel. The room that I had reserved was dingy, outdated reeked of cigarettes smells. Sitting bench is soiled and dirty. Illegally took a photo copy of my id without my permission.

I was in town for a wedding. From the overall view things look ok. However, the lamp shades had roach stains on them, there was a roach in the restroom, the linen on one of the beds had not been changed. I probably wouldnt refer anyone to stay there but overall it was ok.

The room was excellent, the only peeve was when we got to the loby for breakfast. No coffee, no waffle mix and no one was in that area checking on the customer needs.

The employees could be a little more friendlier. The breakfast was very limited pancakes and waffles with no bacon or sausage. The area was very clean and organized.

The hotel was a bit rundown and beds were uncomfortable. They doubled charged me for the room. Upon leaving they reassured me my card would be refunded. It was not and I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This property was dirty and I would not stay there again. There was filth all over the walls and lampshades, mold in the shower, and people screaming and fighting in the hallways.
