The location is a bit far from the pier. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is recommended to take a tuk-tuk. The room was very small and the network signal was very weak. I had to rely on my own network and couldn't connect to WiFi. I had to ask him to get hot water.

Beautiful guest house in an excellent location in Panajachel just a few minutes' walk from lake Atitlan. Nice and comfortable rooms. Free coffee available. Value for money.

At 1 o'clock in the morning, people started having a party on the terrace playing music and talking so loud that woke me up. It seems like there is no rule for guest to be quiet at night. I could not sleep at all.

The staff was great. The place was quiet. We were able to rest after a full day of activities. They offered complimentary coffee or teas daily in the morning and evenings. The only thing was that the hot water was not working and the water is pretty cold.
