Location, view and swimming pool is excellent. Have a surprise dinner buffet included. Room need renovation, looks and smells old. Staff is friendly.

I seldom write reviews, but I am really angry. The hotel is 3-star level, and the wifi connection speed is 2G, which is the same as nothing. The room is very hot in summer, there is a problem with the air conditioner, and it is still hot when it is turned on to the maximum wind. There is no elevator in the hotel and you have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor. The most irritating thing is that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, and we are asked to buy them in a small shop in the hotel. 2 toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste cost $10, which is obviously a rip-off.

The staff were excellent , very helpful and efficient. The hotel was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was good and easily accessible. The high spot was the food in the restaurant, which was of an exceptional standard and really varied. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hi we visited in April 2023 with our family’s Don’t ever try to stay in this hotel as hotel location was 😊 good But the quality of rooms and bathrooms are too bad . The staff was rude 😡😡😡 In bathrooms no proper shower was there Or it was leakage No shampoo 🧴 no hand wash….. No soap…… Cleanliness was good ….

This hotel is an ideal location within walking distance (about 15 minutes) of the lower entrance to the travertines. Good view, beautiful pool and central area. The restaurant on site is excellent both for dinner as well as breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are a bit older but clean and comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the wifi was barely usable. As a photographer, the location was perfect since I was able to call a cab to take me to the north entrance (which opens at 6:30am) and do early morning photography before the crowds descend, then walk back to the hotel in just a few minutes.

stayed here two different nights on organised trip, what a delightful hotel, ok the bathrooms could use a little tlc, but rooms comfortable with kettle minifridge and aircon. Beds comfortable, on first stay we advised manager we had enjoyed everything about our stay, only negative pont was that the pillows were a little flat, on return for second stay, big fluffy pillows were in room :). The pool is beautiful, the food buffet is fresh and plentiful, and the hotel staff are delightful. I would definately recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Chef Alper was very helpful, cheerful, friendly & his food was presentable & tasty. He and his team was good they always monitor and refill the food. Food were varieties and they took care of the cleanliness too. They also speak to guests and always smile. I really enjoy myself. This hotel was pretty average, although it had a beautiful view of a portion of Pamukalle. It was quite a distance away from shops, restaurants, so one could not even go out and explore and mix with the locals. Breakfast variety was minimal but supper was good. My room was decent enough for a good night's sleep, except that the room next door had a problem with a leaking aircon and water shortage with their shower, which was disruptive to us as we could hear then complaining well into the night. I think management eventually moved them to another room.
