I did not know what to expect, but it was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Pamplona . The location is nice, near a very beautiful garden , very bright studio, all equipped nicely. The decoration of our studio was super nice and modern. It's definitely a new address to keep, and if there is any opportunity, I will come back. The staff was just very helpful, useful, and kind. I highly appreciate it. Thanks

The room is very new and I am very satisfied with it. The location is also good and self-service check-in is available! It's clean, you can cook, and I got a check-in gift package. I'll stay here again next time. Recommend this chain of apartment hotels.

All perfect. The only thing was the smell of the bathroom was horrible.

國外酒店確實跟國內的服務不能相提並論，入住不是很方便，整體衞生狀況不是很好，但酒店位置很好！

El apartamento está céntrico. Tiene una decoración acogedora. Estuvimos un matrimonio con dos niños q durmieron en el sofá, un poco blando y se oían los muelles, pero para una noche suficiente.  Eche en falta instrucciones para el cierre o no bloqueo de la puerta ya q el niño tocó un botón y luego el código se bloqueó. Tuvimos q llamar por teléfono y nos lo solucionaron sin problemas.  Por lo demás estuvimos muy cómodos.

En general está bien, vaya eso por delante. Pero, es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y nos llamaron tras la primera estancia para indicarnos cómo había ido. Les dijimos cosas a mejorar, y ahora todo sigue igual (o peor). Además, es ridículo que la terraza superior tenga un horario solo hasta las 16:00 cuando la entrada es a las 15:00. Olvídate de usarla si tu estancia es solo un día. Además, entramos a las 15:30 porque por wasap nos dijeron que nos enviarían un mensaje a las 15:00. Estuvimos esperando el mensaje media hora, y resulta que no era un "mensaje" sino un "email". No sé por qué hacen esa especie de yincana en la que por un lado te dicen una cosa y debes esperar otra cosa por otra vía sin que te lo aclaren. Da la sensación que quieren que entres tarde, como si las 15:00 no fuera suficientemente tarde. Te ponen solo una pastilla de lavavajillas, por lo cual, tienes que dejar todo sucio para lavar en el último momento. Y como hay escasez de utensilios, terminas volviendo a sacar cosas y lavándolas a mano. No hay cuchillos de sierra, yo me corté la primera vez intentando cortar pan con los que hay. Afortunadamente, esta vez fuimos con el pan cortado. En algunos puntos puedes ver signos de dejadez, como por ejemplo, cinta de carrocero sin quitar junto a rejillas de ventilación (ventilación que juraría que en nuestro caso no iba). El wifi va bien. El apartamento es bonito. La cama era como una peonza, se movía sola porque lleva unas ruedas, además es como que estuviera cojeando, muy raro e incómodo. La primera vez nos pusieron un kit de bienvenida y esta segunda vez, nada.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay at Libere. Inside the building, everything is very clean and smells fresh. The location is convenient close to shops, parks, and a church. The room is well-equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine, and dishwashing amenities, making it ideal for longer stays. Please note it can be a bit noisy in the afternoon due to the nearby park, and periodic cleaning would be helpful for longer visits. Overall, a warm and comfortable place highly recommended, especially for families.

I was on a business and family trip. Liberé has been my to go place in Pamplona for 1+ years and I can't see myself staying anywhere else. Great apartment like, modern, power shower, balcony, very comfortable, large beds, central to everything, and set in the beautiful Yamaguchi park. Parking underground is available, but I would book well in advance. One of the many positives is that staff are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. I would recommend Liberé to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Good location recommend booking the parking. Wish pet charges were displayed before booking €25 for a dog 🐕 bowls and a pack of food and a small dog bed. Nice touches 👌

The room has a perfect size. With a Kirchen and everything you need. Next to a beautiful park! Nicest view! And very good Bars around

Cozy self sufficient unit for the one night in Pamplona. Comfortable beds, clean washrooms. Downside- washroom does not have a lock. Exhaust fan in the washroom was also not working in the unit we stayed. In all fairness when I checked out and informed the management they were very keen to fix the issue

Nice place and location. The Studio is clean, the appliances are in good shape. The bed is comfortable. Plates and cutlery are also good.
