Hotel Avenida

I received a thousand messages about checking in, followed by a WhatsApp with the code to enter the building and my room. I found a small bottle of water in the fridge, which was very welcome. Breakfast was not included, but at €14, it's better to eat at the many cafes in the area. I was able to leave my backpack in the hotel's locker.

Everything was great, the receptionist was very attentive, there is no 24-hour reception service but they give you an entry code.

The room is small, with a single 90cm bed and a mini desk. The bathroom is fairly clean. Transportation is also quite convenient.

The front desk staff works for a very short time.

Very good hotel

We were given the attic, and there were only stairs up to the fifth floor; we had to clamber up to the sixth floor. The bed was very hard and the sheets were rough, scratching our skin. At night, a red security light came on, keeping me awake. We could also hear the elevator going up and down, as if we were on a spaceship taking off. Everything was pretty shabby. The service was very poor. I wouldn't go back there, not even in my head.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are nice and spacious. And clean.
