Hotel located in a quiet area of Pslma, it is necessary to have transportation to go to leisure areas. It is frequented by English tourists. Although it is small, it has facilities such as a spa, gym, swimming pool and restaurant. All the staff are nice and help you during your stay.

The hotel is located at a height which gives really nice views from the common areas. The staff is very nice and friendly. A nice breakfast spread at the restaurant and a nice bar for cocktails. Located close to public transportation and a big mall which has multiple places to eat and shop.

Very close to the central station in the city center, the surrounding is more convenient. The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night

What a lovely hotel. I visited Palma in 2017 and stayed in a villa on the same street, so I knew the location would be great. It is lovely and quiet around the hotel, but the main road (Joan Miró) is just 2 mins walk away with a variety of lively bars, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and pharmacies. There is a large supermarket (Mercadona) 5 mins walk away. You can walk right into the city centre, Marina etc. from the hotel in 15-20 minutes. Porto Pí shopping centre with a huge Carrefour is accessible by foot (20 mins) or by bus from Joan Miró. The hotel has room at the front for taxi drop off if you need it. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at check in, he was helpful and explained everything to me that I needed including WiFi, breakfast etc. There are maps at the reception desk too if you need them. I stayed on the second floor and there is an elevator if you have heavy bags. I didn’t use it but there is a small café-bar on the ground floor near reception; it has a very calm and peaceful decor. There is always someone at reception 24/7 if you need them. The room was a twin/double for solo use and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The beds were super comfy and there are plenty of pillows. There is a mini bar in the room which means you can also store your own refreshments which is handy - don’t have to go back and forth from the shops too much. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and there is a safe too. The balcony was lovely - what I would do to be back on there with a cold cerveza watching the sunset. Bathroom was clean and contemporary with shampoo, shower gel and soap. My room was spotless every day thanks to cleaning staff. There is AC in the room. Only downside is there is no swimming pool but you are not far from the beaches and you can always purchase day passes for other hotel pools and spas. Breakfast buffet has a very wide choice and a coffee machine (plus teas). I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Palma!!

Stayed here for a two night city break and got a Superior Room with balcony. The Covid situation means that quite a few things were missing and or closed but that not stopped us from really enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean, all precautionary measures taken and very nice and helpful staff. In the heart of Palma 5 mins walk from the Main square and shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants all within 5 mins walking distance. Highly recommended for a stay in Palma!

We have just returned from an amazing time in Palma. What a beautiful city, great food & drinks, wonderful architecture everywhere you look, and so spotlessly clean too. I had booked this as a complete surprise for my Fiancée's birthday, for us to spend time together without the kids for a few days. The suite was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very spacious and it felt very relaxing. The evening light shining into all the rooms many large windows gave such warmth to the room. The views were amazing and it’s location was fantastic, its literally right in the heart of Palma, just as described. The lady I was in communication with at Vila Damunt, once I had booked was called, “Maja”, she was so lovely and very helpful. I was in regular communication with her a few days prior to checking in and she was so helpful throughout even helping me plan a surprise for my fiancée for when we checked in. Once we arrived we were greeted personally by Maja who was very welcoming and professional. She helped with suggesting recommendations of places to visit and eat etc and even assisted making any other arrangements we needed. We will certainly be returning to this wonderful place in the future. Stephen

I was apprehensive about the self check in procedure, and getting in using a door code, after reading some negative reviews, but I need not have worried - it was perfectly straightforward. Once inside our room I found it to be a good size, and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. The location is great. We got the bus from the airport to Plaza D’Espagne and from there the hotel was a 15 minute walk. It is also just around the corner from a lovely avenue lined with trees, bars (although somewhat pricey) & restaurants. Plenty of other, less expensive, places to eat and drink down the little side streets across the other side of the road. The cathedral, palace and waterfront are also at the bottom of that avenue. All in all a great place to stay as a base for a short break when exploring the area is the main aim. I think if I was staying for a week or more, particularly in the summer months, I’d want a few more on site amenities like a restaurant, bar and pool area for relaxing.
