Great location, cleanliness and service. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, but it is used as a business hotel and it seems to be well operated for that purpose. Breakfast is pretty good too. I recommend it.

Hotel located in a quiet area of Pslma, it is necessary to have transportation to go to leisure areas. It is frequented by English tourists. Although it is small, it has facilities such as a spa, gym, swimming pool and restaurant. All the staff are nice and help you during your stay.

Location: 20 minutes walk from central Parma, but I think the location is good. Services: Very stylish with a spa in the basement and a bar and pool on the 4th floor. Cleanliness: Very clean. I think the cleaning is thorough. Amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. There aren't many other things, but they say it's for eco-friendliness. You can get it if you ask the front desk. Overall, I think it's a very good hotel and I recommend it to Japanese people.

My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

The view from our balcony is super beautiful. We get to see the whole port and the sea. Room was clean, amenities were enough. And after we checked out, we got to stay at the pool for how long we wanted. The only problem is that the aircon in the room was really bad. We were sweating the whole night. We called the receptionist but he said they only have people to check the next morning.

Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

Hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from the old town. But not downtown. The rooms are very tall (relative to Germany and the Netherlands). The beds are 1.5 meters wide. There is a Spanish desk on the TV in the TV. The bathroom is particularly large. The only bad thing was the room on the side of the road. The car outside the window was louder early in the morning. Downstairs is the Chinese restaurant outside the building, opened by Zhejiang aunt. Go to work at 1 in the afternoon. Hotel service is also good.
