Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove

Service was consistent each day, pool and bar facilities were excellent. Staff were very nice in all interactions.

Nicely appointed and well equipped room overlooking the rainforest lagoon pool, with a spa bath on the balcony. The main swimming pool area is fantastic, with a beach area and a swim up bar. There's also a separate warm pool and spa. Plenty of sunbeds to cater for everyone in a busy period.

We stayed at Palm Cove for 2 days to attend a memorial service. Service was nicely casual and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good, with different choices each morning. The breakfast chef took the trouble to engage with us during the busy breakfast time. Unfortunately there was no barista coffee included. Gym was well equipped.

A short overnight stay at Peppers Palm Cove in a lovely clean garden view apartment. The apartment had all the necessary things you need. The pool areas are lovely but crowded & no loungers which was very disappointing with people coming early and reserving the seats then spending no time there. In saying that I don't know how the management can change this perhaps a second row of loungers behind the the first. The included breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay.

Peppers Beach Club Resort has an exceptional location the pools exceptional. The Included breakfast at La Mesa the resort restaurant was very good my wife & I enjoyed our stay very much. I would do laps at 6am then cross the road from the resort at the beach in a safe netted off area with a maned lifeguard tower fantastic location surrounded by wonderful restaurants something for everyone. Thanks you Daniel for looking after our accommodation request the staff always welling to assist. We would definitely stay here again 🌟🌟🌟

The breakfast options were varied and complete including eggs, bacon, bread and pastries, fruit, and other hot food options. It was well worth paying to have it included each morning.

Property was well maintained, very clean, facilities all in working order. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them, every single staff member was lovely and caring. Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and what to recommend. Concierge was very helpful and friendly organised a day trip to sky rail and train. Well worth the money, had a great day. 10 out of 10 for Peppers.

The lagoon pool is the centre piece. Swim up bar always gets a bit of use. We were there at a different time of the year to our usual visit in October so did have a bit of rain on one of the days this time but still enjoyed the day. Lots of places to eat and we had a room with laundry facilities that were used
