Rose at the front desk was very welcoming. I would be very happy to have her be the face of my establishment. Friendly and accommodating. She did mention that the jacuzzi was not working, but someone was on their way to check it out. The room was clean and well lit. Our room was relatively quiet as it faced the parking lot. Coffee was always available in the lobby/breakfast area. They clean the rooms only on request, that was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

This place is definitely a 4.5/5. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The place is spacious and very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are a great size. We did have to wait a bit for our room and to get our keys but it wasn’t anything serious. The beach is a little bit away (10-15 min) if you’re okay with a drive, which we were. The staff was very sweet and we had no problem with communication. I can’t really speak on the amenities because we didn’t really use it. It’s definitely enough room for a family or group of friends. We are certainly coming back :)

The hotel is good, there is a restaurant downstairs is very convenient. The famous Penara Bread is 2 minutes walk from the door. The oatmeal biscuits taste good and the salad is fresh. The hotel has a swimming pool, parking space, and a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The only downside is that there is no free drinking water, and you have to pay for it. Two bottles per bottle are quite expensive. The room is not bad, the area is big enough, there is free wifi, breakfast, really good.

Three night stay. First room the shower didn't work. Second room the shower handle didn't work correctly but we got by. Ants everywhere. The faucets leaked all the time. Creepy mirror the full length of the wall behind the bed. Phone kept making strange sounds, so we just disconnected it. Person in truck behind hotel in the evening then he would leave trash on sidewalk in the morning. Hairdryer didn't work. Hotel charged extra to park in the hotel parking lot. Breakfast was ok but get there early, they run out of items quickly. This hotel needs a full redo on the inside.

Bed and pillows are so comfortable it is very easy to get a good nights sleep. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed here every time I am in the Palm Coast area and every time very pleased.

My wife, kids and I stayed here passing through on our way to Disney. It was our first time in Florida and it was definitely a trip to remember. We were only here one night but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We didn’t have a pet but I like that they allow pets to stay for free. If I ever travel with my pets this will definitely be my go to spot. The staff was very friendly and brought a rollaway up to our room. Everything was clean and new. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Hampton inn has always been a pleasure to stay at. This was a surprise seeing it rated a 2.5 star. Surely a 3 or 4 to us! We will be back regularly and hopefully often. We can't attest to the breakfast as we do not eat breakfast but the coffee is outstanding!!! And a available 24/7. Great restaurants and excellent bike trails and of course, the beach!
