Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has an excellent location, the beach is steps away. They provide you with daybeds and umbrellas! It’s a pretty awesome set up for the price paid! The pool is nice and clean - it is in the front of the hotel so just be aware. For us, it was convenient - some people might not like it! It was very good for a perfect mini getaway! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you this me and my wife and my family, including my mother we went to do a Mother‘s the weekends and let me tell you first of all the breakfast was horrible and then the room where we staying was so humid that the floor was wet. We tried to fix the air condition and nothing was working and we were just tired. We went to sleep in the morning the same the floor was wet the pool and around the pool. It was all very dirty. Even inside. The pool was dirty. The water in the pool was dirty. Even in the pool, there was no bar you know there was two guys sitting there doing nothing on their phone. There was only one thing of water. I don’t know. It’s kind of like I was planning to have a good time and a spa and resort right we paid money for resort extra on the room. I didn’t feel no resort. There was nothing around. There was no way to surround asking trying there was only one nice person we met. She was very nice and there was a manager. It was very nice. Kind of we had to go look for them. it was very expensive to do that with all our families and even my brother they moved them to two rooms with all the feminine in the middle of the night. It was really not a good experience. I will not recommend it again to no one, and I will never go there myself. Thank you. I would love to get a refund.

Otherwise was very good, but sheet in the bed has blood/red color which was dried….. did they change the sheets at all after last customer?

The other reviewers were right. They also overcharged on the bill (parking fees with no car lol). A new amenity

Beach great / basic things are falling apart …the beach towel station is crumbling apart - chairs are dirty or broken

The hotel was perfect for our wedding night. That said, it could be cleaner for the price. The lobby walls are dirty and the bed frame was falling off at the foot of the bed. Still really loved it and will definitely return if cheaper lol

The GM and his staff did an amazing job taking care of our group. Everyone made our pre-wedding celebrations amazing! Thank you!

I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful. The staff was good, but they needed more stuff to take care of her. Guess you could tell they were understaffed. The beach was beautiful. The food was delicious. The rooms were very nice.
