Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has an excellent location, the beach is steps away. They provide you with daybeds and umbrellas! It’s a pretty awesome set up for the price paid! The pool is nice and clean - it is in the front of the hotel so just be aware. For us, it was convenient - some people might not like it! It was very good for a perfect mini getaway! Highly recommend!

I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful. The staff was good, but they needed more stuff to take care of her. Guess you could tell they were understaffed. The beach was beautiful. The food was delicious. The rooms were very nice.

Location good. Staff good valet good. Food rotten gym v good. Shower missing pieces. Faucet leaking. Needs a lot of work. Four seasons infinitely nicer but more expensive

Clean, modern, small scale and intimate - lovely beach setting close enough to downtown PAL Beach….staff all friendly but all they seemed like it was their first day on the job.

On *******, I booked a 2 queen bed oceanfront room. Upon arrival, I was given a king bed for my family of 5 with children ages 8 weeks to 4 years. The hotel said it was Expedia’s fault. ******* tried to contact the hotel with no luck. I was on the phone for the first 2 hours of my family vacation while my family was at the pool. Nothing was accomplished . I was put on hold numerous times with the call dropping every time (I could hear the click of the receiver) they claimed to call me back but I never had any missed calls. They gave me a rollaway bed for my newborn & I to sleep on. That night, the room was 80 degrees and we called maintenance and got moved to a new room at 9pm at night. We then had to move all of our belongings when the kids were beyond tired. What a mess. Never offered any compensation. This hotel has SO much potential, it’s sad to see it so poorly ran.!

It was not a good experience. The room was very noisy. I had a terrible view that air condition made so much noise that was hard to sleep. I did not like that place at all.

The rooms were a little dated, needed some painting and patchwork. The staff could’ve been more accommodating and helpful, disappointed in the amenities, which were none.

The hotel is not what it looks like online, it is dirty and doesn’t have a lot things you would expect at a hotel like an ice makers. It is very expensive for no reason.
