Landed up early before check-in time and waited through an hour by the pool for the room to be cleaned and assigned. But all was well after being given a few options to select a room. The Kings rooms are bigger than the Queens, but the latter are modern in layout, fittings and finishing (so preferred). The beds are comfy but very springy. Water in the flush (loo) has serious refilling problems. Once flushed, it takes 10-15 minutes to refill. We had to call for a bucket of water. Some electrical fittings, and cupboard, bathroom fittings need repairing and periodic checking. Mobile network and Wi-Fi Internet is absent and difficult to find in the rooms. Swimming pool is clean but it does get a bit of dirt from the trees around like leaves, twigs, dead lizard and insects etc. Needs a system to keep it clean. They have a big open lawn and garden for banquets. Entire staff from Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping are all helpful, friendly and cooperative. Food is great but some items overpriced. Menu items available through out the day. We truly enjoyed the fish fingers and Cheese Naan. Buffet, if available, the options are less but ***ageable. Overall a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
