Booked this hotel for a concert. The facilities nearby are very convenient. There is a 711 right at the door. I arrived early and had to wait for the hotel to check in. However, the pillow in the room smelled like I hadn't showered. Fortunately, it was just the pillow on top. The nearby takeouts are also good. The hotel is a little far from the venue. The taxi was congested, so I chose to walk back, which took about half an hour.

Very good, good service, quick response, clean room, complete items, comfortable sleep. The only thing is that the hotel is in a small alley, it's a bit hard to find. Taxis and motorcycles are not very familiar. Overall, very good.

Small, clean, fragrant hotel, lots of parking, cool air, clean bed, pillows, towels, comfortable to sleep, 100% natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, forest coffee shop where hotel guests can inform to get a discount of 10 baht per cup of coffee. The hotel has 2 electric car charging stations, people without cars will have difficulty traveling.

I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

We stayed for three nights, mainly for a good location near government offices. Lovely room with the best beds of all hotels, but the pillows are too big! (I always bring my own small pillows.) Big refrigerator, microwave, free coffee and a separate living room with TV. Next door is a new outdoor restaurant (hidden backyard?) very good blended dishes at a reasonable price - try their sanglia sparkling wine! Can order a good breakfast and sit on your own tranquil balcony - I will be back here anytime! There are also a few small Thai ”family” shops nearby. This place is far from any nightlife, so you can enjoy your own time alone without anyone!

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. Very nice and clean but receptionist not that good. Not near to food places either and no grab

This was my first stay at this hotel. This is the best hotel ( luxury) near the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi area. The rooms ( had 2 rooms ) were large with new furniture inside. The restaurant at 7th floor is amazing for any occasion. We celebrated birthday party with friends in the room has large screen Smart TV with Karaoke. The staff is amazing, well trained and very helpful. The owner himself is very polite and helpful. Hotel provides free drop off to and pick up from the Impact. Save lots of time and money during traffic time. I loved this hotel and would love to recommend to all, at least try it, you guys not gonna disappoint at all.

While this hotel is out of the way it’s a romantic old world experience at a very reasonable price. The staff are lovely but don’t expect them to be fluent in English. This is after all a Thai owned and run hotel. The place looks like it’s 100 years old but the staff said it’s only 10. Either way the building looks colonial inside and out with beautiful wood everywhere. The river view is delightful, the restaurant adequate. You can sit inside or outside by the river. Appears that the owner are “collectors” of all sorts of fascinating things from cars to carvings.
